Treatment Times
We recommend checking in 30 minutes prior to your
scheduled appointment time to enjoy our amenities for
optimal treatment results. Service times may be shortened
if tardy, in order to respect another client’s schedule.
Gratuities
For your convenience, an 18% gratuity will be added to
your service & may be altered your discretion.
Age Restrictions
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by
an adult.
Liabilit y
All guests & members are required to complete a liability
waiver to use the facility, work with a trainer, participate in
a group class or have a spa treatment.
Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card to guarantee all reservations.
You must notify us of appointment cancellations 24 hours
prior to your start time to avoid being charged for the full
service, tax & gratuity. We have a 72 hour cancellation
policy for groups of 3 or more. The point of contact for
appointments with two or more guests is held responsible
for any cancellations of each guest.
Gift Certificates
Treat friends & family to a sublime experience. Gift
certificates may be purchased for any increment, service
or package. It is our pleasure to customize a package
tailored to your needs & desired experience. Purchase
online or in-store. Gift certificates are not refundable &
may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Discounts
No discount is valid when redeeming a gift certificate.
Only one discount or promotion may be used for any
single transaction/visit. Third party gift certificates &
loyalty points may not be redeemed towards payment of
gratuity or tax or when used with a special offer or with
member discounts.
