appointment in order to enjoy a stressfree spa experience. Please switch your

shower or a sauna before the massage
will have a relaxing effect and cleanse
the pores and allow the massage oil

Please avoid heavy meals or alcoholic
drinks prior to your treatment. Men are
recommended to shave a few hours in
advance of a facial treatment.
Clothes
We suggest you to wear your bath-robe for
comfort when you come for your treatment,
unless you have been advised to wear sports
clothes.
Please note: for reasons of hygiene, we would
ask you not to wear bathing suits in the sauna
area (available to those aged 16 and over)

Treatment
Please inform our qualified staff of any special
requests, medical conditions (including
pregnancy), allergies or diseases. Our
therapists will tell you prior to each treatment
which products they will be using and will
inform you about the effects they have on your
body. Please avoid activities immediately after
the treatment and make sure you drink plenty
of tea or water.
Cancellation
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the
treatment are free-of-charge. Later cancellations
or no-shows incur a 100% charge. We hope you
understand that arriving late will shorten the
treatment.
Care products

You can carry on using our care products at
home too. We will be happy to put together an
individual care package for you to take with
you and we can send further products to you
at home.

handmade soaps for those who had to stay

We offer yoga sessions several times a week in
the hotel. Group sessions are free-of-charge for
hotel guests but we can arrange a private hour

We offer daily infusions in the sauna area. Please ask at the
Spiritual Spa reception when the next infusion will take
place. We would ask for your understanding that the lower
sauna area is ‘textile-free’ and is only open to those aged 16
and over.

before, during and after the actual treatment. These rituals
put you in the right mood for the sensation of well-being and
allow you to return in a gentle way.

We hope you can appreciate that we don’t allow our fourlegged friends anywhere in the swimming pool and Spiritual

although we do ask you to keep them leashed and not let them
