The back of your program contains your personal bid number. Please use your own number for all bidding. 2. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the donor to make arrangements for services. Please note expiration dates, booking restrictions, and any other special conditions. 3. Values set forth on items and services are Donor estimates. 4. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are permitted. 5. Guest checkout services and exit are located in Parish Hall. All guests, regardless of purchases, will receive a small “thank you” bag as they exit through Parish Hall. Live Auction Procedures 1. To submit a bid, the bidder must raise his personal bid number, directing it to the auctioneer. 2. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. The auctioneer is the final authority. 3. All sales are final. Silent Auction Procedures 1. All boards open for bidding at 6:30 pm. 2. Enter your bid by putting the item number, amount of your bid, and your bidder number on the small bid slips. All bids must be in whole dollar amounts. Bid increases must be in increments of $10.00 more than the previous high bid. Any bid not in a $10.00 increment will be considered invalid. 3. You may place your bid slip in the containers prior to Board Workers’ arrival. When the board officially opens, Board Workers will post bids on the board. 4. An announcement will be made and a bell will ring signifying the final five minutes of bidding for each board. 5. A second bell will ring to signify the board closing. Bids must be in the container or in the hands of the Board Worker at this time to be accepted. No bids will be accepted after the second bell rings. 6. Tied High Bids- In the event of a tied high bid, the tied bidders’ names will be placed in a basket and one will be drawn by the Auction Chair to determine the winner. The decision of the Auction Committee is final. 7. The winning bids will be posted on each board after verification. Checkout Procedures 1. Present your bidder number at the “Pick Up Your Statement Here” table in Parish Hall to receive a statement of all auction items purchased. 2. Bring your statement to the “Cashier” table to pay for your items. 3. Present your paid receipts and bidder number to a Guest Services Coordinator to receive your purchases. 4. Depart through Parish Hall exit. All guests, regardless of purchases, will receive a small “thank you” bag as they exit through Parish Hall. 5.
