Both brands will share the same entrance, meeting room, function space, fitness center and parking garage. Guests at both brands also will enjoy complimentary breakfast and free WiFi access. The 350-room hotel and conference center is part of the mixed-use Glenpointe complex in Teaneck. The ESS program collects feedback from event planners and meeting organizers who conduct events throughout Marriott’s hotel portfolio. Properties are scored in several categories such as sales, planning, event service, facilities, food and beverage, and overall billing. A high ESS ranking reflects consistency in outstanding customer satisfaction for events held at a Marriott hotel. PROPERTY LISTINGS The full-service Marriott at Glenpointe is ideal for getaways, business meetings and social events. The hotel features Pancetta Regional Kitchen & Wine Bar, as well as an on-site sales and events team to plan and execute flawless meetings and events. A multimillion-dollar renovation recently transformed the hotel’s lobby, ballrooms, restaurants and 26,500 square feet of meeting space, while a multimilliondollar refurbishment to the hotel’s guest rooms is scheduled to commence later this year. In addition, the Marriott at Glenpointe soon will introduce the new Marriott “M Club” Lounge for Marriott Gold and Platinum Elite Rewards members to enjoy. The Marriott at Glenpointe is managed by Merrillville, Ind.based White Lodging. Jacobson Joins Alfred Sanzari Enterprises as CFO Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has announced that Jeffrey M. Jacobson has joined the company as chief financial officer (CFO). Jacobson comes to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises with 30 years of strategic experience in the financial management, accounting, auditing and operational aspects of real estate companies. Prior to joining Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, Lockhart was a leasing specialist at Continental Properties in Edison. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from William Paterson University and is a licensed New Jersey real estate agent.
