The outcomes are significant : FOR THE BUSINESS » The selection of an intern aiming at possible recruitment with the opportunity to assess his achievements and inform him about the business culture » The achievement of a project, a study, or a research. » The opportunity to provide assistance during work overload » The influence on the formation of a technician.
