Hello!
Thank you for your purchase of the Music Mind Games Puppy Packet.
I am delighted to be working with the YGS Group in York, Pennsylvania.
They are the printer, collator and fulfillment people who are doing a great
job getting your materials to you.
There are more than 370 different cards and pieces that go into each
Puppy Packet. Although The YGS Group is careful, occasionally a card is
left out of a deck or the printing could be smudged. Before you begin
using your Puppy Packet, I suggest you take a look to make certain you
have everything.
If you find you are missing something, please follow these steps:
1. Contact the YGS Group at: [email protected]
2. Include the following information:
a. The missing or damaged item(s)
b. Your date of purchase
c. Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address
3. If you need a call back, please indicate that in your email and someone
from The YGS Group will be happy to call you back.
That’s all there is to it. The YGS Group will see that you receive your
materials quickly so you can begin enjoy learning music theory and
reading with Music Mind Games.
