The 9.5xp features a high output parallel Series-Wound motor,
a 3-stage planetary geartrain, and a continuous-duty control

contact drum seals, and motor and end housing gaskets

Winch mounts behind factory bumper,
preserving the truck’s original look and style
Some vehicle owners want the
functionality of a winch, but
without the winch visible on
the front of the vehicle. For these folks, WARN offers the Hidden
Kit Mounting System. With this kit, you can mount a WARN winch
using factory frame holes while retaining the factory bumper.
Available for select Chevrolet, GMC, Dodge, and Ford full-size trucks.
CHEVY AND GMC 1/2 TON PICKUPS AND SPORT UTILITIES
This kit will handle your WARN winch, including the 9.5xp. While
the winch is hidden and protected from the elements, the remote
control extension (included with kit) allows you to plug the
remote into your choice of several convenient locations.

HEAVY DUTY CHEVROLET AND GMC TRUCKS
For Chevrolet and GMC truck owners who want to
keep the look of their vehicle, this hidden kit
comes with a special XD9000 short-drum winch
that fits the unique requirements of this mounting
system. The kit bolts directly to the truck frame so
the only visible feature is the bumper and the
integrated roller fairlead.
‘02–05 DODGE 1500 PICKUP The kit for the Ram 1500 mounts
the winch completely behind the existing factory bumper, and will
accommodate any WARN low-profile winch up to the 9.5xp.
Access to controls is cleanly hidden behind the front grille.
'97-03 FORD 4X4 F-150, F-250 AND
EXPEDITION The winch mounts inside the
factory bumper, and access to controls is
gained through the large air intake. The wire
rope is fed through a roller fairlead mounted
beneath the bumper.
‘99–’07 FORD SUPER DUTY AND EXCURSION This WARN kit will handle the
M12000, M15000 and 16.5ti. The bumper moves out a slight five inches and
ABS trim is applied to accentuate the factory lines. This material can be painted
to match the vehicle color or left its natural matte black. Access to the winch
controls is from the top.
‘04–05 FORD F-150 This kit includes a special 9,000-lb. short-drum winch that fits precisely behind the factory bumper.
An all-steel WARN carrier plate supports a space-efficient hawse fairlead bracket in the front and the winch on the reverse side
while still providing easy clutch lever access.

Rock Crawler Bumper is built to do
just that. It's designed to carry a
heavier wheel and tire up, to 37"
in diameter. The carrier pivots on a
robust 1–1/2" solid steel shaft pin
that comes up through the bumper into the frame carrier. The shaft
itself is welded – not bolted. Structural T-joint welds (vs. corner
welds) will make this unit stand the test of time. A polyurethane pad
reduces rattling. Includes frame reinforcing brackets.

Winch mounting plate
For those looking for a tube-style bumper for their Wrangler JK, Warn offers these
sturdy tube units. The front bumper has the ability to mount any WARN mid-frame
winch (except the M8274-50) using our JK winch plate (PN 74247). The rear bumper
gives added protection while off-roading and looks great, too. Both bumpers are
made from thick 2" steel and wear a black powder-coated wrinkle finish.

This bumper replaces the
factory front bumper for increased off-road
performance, durability, and style. These units showcase sloped
vertical surfaces, which are tapered and welded. This is to maintain
approach angles and not act like a plow in deep mud or snow. The
bumper’s sides continue around to match up with the vehicle’s
flares and style lines. Welded eyelets are ready for D-shackles and
the winch mounting system is integrated and pull-tested for winches
up to 9,500 lbs. Made from 3/16” and 1/4” steel, and covered in

Cruiser to allow greater off-road
recovery options. The Front Bumper accepts all current WARN
mid-frame winches up to 12,000 lbs., including the PowerPlant
Dual Force, and features an integrated grille guard, light
brackets, and fog lamp mounts.
The Rear Bumper fits around the factory receiver hitch and
accommodates the factory back-up sensors if so equipped. It
has welded eyelets for D-shackles, and there's a recessed
area allowing up to a 33" tire to be transported on the factory
tire carrier.
Both bumpers wear a black powder-coated wrinkle finish for
good looks and outstanding durability.
Both bumpers are built from 3/16" and 1/4" laser-cut steel,

The WARN Wireless Control System lets you operate your truck’s
winch remotely from up to 100’ away. The system will work with
any WARN winch with a 5-wire electrical system.
The system is easy to install and a cinch to use. For easy
installation, the Wireless Control System comes with a receiver
with an internal antenna, and all of the necessary mounting
hardware. The receiver is potted for extreme resistance to water
and the elements. The weather-proof transmitter has two large
buttons that make it easy to operate, even while wearing gloves,
and its two-color LED provides operator feedback.
When installed, the system is simple to operate. To begin
activation, hold down both buttons on the transmitter for five

slips into night. And you need lights that forego fancy styling for a rugged functionality
that can light your way back to the pavement. All WARN lights have the reliability and
durability that come built into the WARN name.
200,000 CANDLEPOWER SPOT LIGHT
Designed for off-road competition, these lights put out
200,000 candela (cd) with illumination the color of daylight
at 4,300 Kelvin. The effective illumination distance is 840
feet with an 18-foot-wide beam pattern. At 300 feet there’s a 48-foot-wide

The SDB-210 HB uses a precision design Free Curve reflector that is
outstandingly smooth and heat resistant. It reflects light efficiently due
to the vaporized aluminum applied to the reflector surface.
Aggressive off-road drivers will appreciate a lamp with a spot beam able
to illuminate approximately 853 feet ahead, with a concentrated lighting
pattern and a driving beam wide enough to supplement vehicle
headlights by illuminating the entire surface in front of the vehicle.
Hard off-road driving generates vibration and shock. The SDB-210 HB
has an internal light frame to protect the lamp and a stone guard to
protect the lens. The body is constructed of a polycarbonate resin
which has excellent impact resistance.
Serious off-roaders usually run in serious weather. The SDB-210 HB
has weather resistant rubber seal to help protect the lamp integrity.
The hardened glass lens gives excellent heat and thermal shock

The high quality lamp construction is the same as in the SDB-160 HB.
The differences lie in the bulb wattage and the beam patterns that
conform to the European Community standards. The result is a wider
fog beam pattern with sharp light cut-offs closer to
the vehicle and narrower, shorter spot beam pattern
than the SDB-160 HB.

is very efficient because it uses the whole reflector. This allows the
spot beam to illuminate approximately 770 feet ahead and the

Original equipment headlights
vary by model but average a
reflective range of 4,000–5,000'. WARN 6" and
5" 4X Spot Lights project an intense pencil beam with a
reflective range of 10,800'
and 7,900' respectively.
Understandably, they are
designed exclusively for
off-road use, as such a
powerful beam would be
blinding to oncoming traffic on
the street. 4X Spot Lights are
built to last. They’re equipped
with resilient 100 watt H-3
quartz halogen bulbs encased in polished stainless steel and
come with virtually impenetrable lens covers. A 2-axis mounting
bracket allows for easy adjustment. Lights are sold separately,
or in kits that include
light covers.

average you’ll illuminate 200% more area than with original
