Wanzl wire is simply more stable
▶ Wanzl wires are permanently welded, and each
welding point in a wire shelf is tested to withstand
20 Nm of force.
▶ Wanzl’s coatings look as perfect as they do for so
long because Wanzl pre-treats all of the metals
with particular care, measures pH values and conductivity, and subjects all paints to testing using
boiling and salt water.
▶ wire tech 100 shelves do not sag in the middle
because the wires are particularly closely meshed.
▶ Wanzl’s systems remain stable for decades. This
is because they are made from steel, the quality of
which compensates for the natural fatigue that
results from decades of heavy use.
▶ Long-standing relationships with suppliers,
continuous audits and clearly defined standards
ensure that the quality of the raw materials
