Daily, I think to myself… “Isn’t this the place to be?” Among all these self motivated,
successful Mary Kay business owners! I am so grateful to be a part of this dynamic
organization. My concern is that you know what you have in Mary Kay! I guess because I
didn’t know at first myself.
Consider this scenario for a moment. You are at home and your husband tells you that
someone from a professional employment agency has solicited him for an interview. In
other words, a “head hunter” has called to offer him a new career opportunity.
This is what they offer your husband…
9 A prestigious opportunity with one of the largest privately
owned companies in the United States.
9 Unlimited income potential.
9 The Company’s marketing plan is studied at major universities
across the United States.
9 His education will come from the top leaders in the company.
9 The company is written up in national magazines. All referral
business generated from publicity is given to the sales force.
9 He can earn 50% profit on all of his personal sales.
9 He has the potential to earn additional income each quarter.
9 In addition to monetary rewards, he can earn prizes for himself
and his family (jewelry, furniture, etc.).
9 He can earn the use of a company car after only four months.
9 If he maintains a certain level of sales production his car will
be replaced every two years and if he continues to build his
business…it will increase value and prestige as well.
9 He will have access to medical and life insurance.
9 He can move up the career path as soon as he chooses.
9 As a director, he may qualify for luxury trips around the world.
9 With consistent effort, he may promote himself to NATIONAL
SALES DIRECTOR status and enjoy a retirement/security plan.
9 Relocation and travel are optional. There are no territories so
he may work from anywhere he chooses.

Ingredients:

Fruit Cocktail Cake
Directions:
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
(approx. 2 ½ cups)
1.
Mix first 7 ingredients in a large bowl
with a spoon.
1 cup sugar
2.
Pour in greased pan (8x8).
1 tsp. baking soda
3.
Cover top of batter with brown sugar and
nuts.
4.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour

following are healthy recruiter habits which you may
already possess or want to develop…
1. She consistently maintains the Mary
Kay image and attitude 100%.
2. She works her business consistently
each week by following the 3-3-3 rule
(3 classes, 3 facials, 3 interviews).
3. She shares the career opportunity with
everyone by using career information
sheets and questionnaires.
4. Follow up, Follow up, Follow up! And
when she is finished with that…she
follows up some more!
5. She uses the layering process to share
information which helps potential
recruits absorb this fabulous
opportunity without feeling
overwhelmed by it.
6. She works with a sense of urgency.
7. She works with a sense of confidence.
8. Her drive comes from commitment
rather than emotion.
9. She is a master over-comer…can
always get up when she falls.
10. She is a strong closer…she knows how
to ask for a commitment.
