“When I came to see Dr. Krueger I had neck, shoulder and
arm pain. I was unable to lift my arms above my head or pull
anything. When I turned my head I would get a sharp shooting pain. I was unable to lift bolts of fabric, carry in the wood,
pull a sled or walk any distance without a jarring pain in my shoulder. After 18 treatments of laser therapy I no longer
have neck, shoulder or arm pain and I have made many improvements in my health:
1. I have increased energy and sleep much better.
2. I have also been able to start lifting weights again, sit ups no longer hurt.
3. I can go for walks with my dog without the jarring pain in my shoulder with each step. Kathleen
I would highly recommend laser therapy to anyone with neck, arm and shoulder pain.”

Three Easy Changes to Help
Meet Long-Term Diet Goals
(StatePoint) The biggest hurdles to sticking to a new diet are
convenience and flavor.
Who wants to eat food
that doesn’t taste good
or is hard to make? You
and your family are
more likely to stick to
your commitments if the
changes you make suit
your schedule and your
palate.
Here are three easy
changes you can make
to your diet today:
Hydrate Yourself
Water reigns supreme
as the health drink of
choice among nutritionists and dieticians. Most

Make Friends with Fat
A major mistake
many dieters make is
trying to cut all of the
fat from their diet. Fat
is a necessary component of any healthy
diet. Monounsaturated
fat,
polyunsaturated
fat and Omega-3 fatty
acids should comprise
the majority of the fat
you eat. Great sources
of healthy fat include
olive oil, salmon, tuna,
avocado, olives, seeds
and nuts. Olives and
avocados are fruit, so
they also boost your
fruit intake.
Try tossing olives,
canned tuna or avocados into a salad;
sprinkle almonds or
walnuts over oatmeal;
swap
commercially
made salad dressings
and marinades with
good-quality olive oil
and flavorful herbs and
spices.
To make your commitment to healthy eating a long-lasting one,
be sure the changes
you make are sensible,
sustainable and, above
all, delicious.
Probiotics are food-based, yogurt cultures - the same beneficial microorganisms that occur naturally in healthy people. Probiotics can renew the
normal friendly flora that are destroyed by antibiotics and other influences.
They help restore and maintain a healthy, natural balance of flora in the
intestinal and vaginal tracts. Good flora assist in nutrient absorption and
support the immune system by forming a defensive shield against harmful
pathogens, allergens and other dangerous particles in our environment.

Snack on Bold Flavors
Whether you’re on
the go or at home,
snack time can be a dieter’s downfall. Rather
than buying full-sized
bags of high-fat snacks
like chips, which are
easy to binge on, opt
for
single-serving
snacks that are wholesome and full of flavor.
For example, olives in
ready-to-go cups are a
fuss-free way to punch
up the flavor profile of
a meal or snack.
Pearls Olives to Go!
single-serving Black
Pitted Olives in a cup
can be just as satisfying
as a serving of chips,
but they’re gluten-free,
dairy-free, sugar-free,
cholesterol-free, transfat-free, GMO-free and
vegan. They’re easy
to open and stay fresh
until you’re ready to
eat them, which makes
them perfect to stow
in a gym bag or desk
drawer.

USDA to host world café
community dialog
The Board of Education of
the Unified School District of
Antigo will host a World Café
in the high school commons
Monday evening, February
23, at 6:00 p.m.
The World Café is a format
for community discussion
of a variety of topics. Tables
are set up, each with its own
topic, and participants rotate
to each table to share ideas on
the respective topic for that table. Discussion will be facilitated at each table by a board
member, and comments and
observations will be recorded
in writing for feedback to the
entire group and as an information base for future board
decision-making.
Participation is by invitation, and participants are expected to participate at all tables; but the session is public,
and attendees can participate
on a space-available basis at
the tables and hear the feedback. Topics to be discussed
are:
• Community Core Values
• Academic Expectations and
Performance
• School Safety and Emergency Response Preparedness
• Facilities Planning and Use
• Budget and Finance
• District Demographics
The World Café is the first
in a continuing series of public forums the board will hold
to engage with the community as it leads the district’s
overall initiative of continuous improvement, preparing
students for the demands of
the 21st Century and assuring the community has the
schools it wants and needs.

Your Timing
Won’t Be Off
When You Invest Systematically
If one of your worries is whether you’re investing
at the right time, it shouldn’t be. By investing a set
amount of money on a regular basis, you establish
a simple routine that can help make your financial
goals a reality.
In addition, investing systematically can help:
• Make it possible to use market fluctuations
to your advantage
• Add potential growth and diversification to
your portfolio
• Keep your long-term financial goals in focus
Investing a set amount of money on a regular basis does not ensure a
profit and does not protect against loss in declining markets. Such a
plan involves continual investment in securities regardless of fluctuating
price levels of such securities. You should consider your financial ability
to continue the purchases through periods of low price levels.
