• By the end of 2005 an investment of 127 million will be completed

• the Terminal to have an annual throughput capacity of
600.000TEUs and 1.000.000 tons of bulk cargo
• Warehousing, distribution and assembling management
• Transshipment of raw material and goods
• Quality services with innovative integrated technological
systems such as: VTMIS, ERP, document management in a
complete MIS platform

infrastructure, non existing railway infrastructure.
Therefore, investments guided to SSS and
Transshipment
Limited Access to Skilled Work Force: This
obstacle can be managed by programs as e.g.
intensive training of employees and creation of
incentives for personnel to settle a vicinity in the port
Local cargo: Small relative import-export volume for
local needs. However this handicap may be affronted
by the cargo bundling in the Free zone from several
other Greek regions
