without a doubt can be defined as the proudest moment in their life.

The Placement Cell at Garden City College conducts campus
placements, providing a platform for the organizations to meet the

FRESHERISM FRESHER’S DAY
The annual fest of Garden City College – Gardenia, always lives up to its promises
as the biggest fest on the college calendar of Bangalore, where colleges from
across India and abroad take part in the events with students coming from far-flung
places in India and other nations to give the fest an international outlook.

SPORTS AT GCC AGON
FRESHERISM begins with the orientation
programme followed by an ice breaking
session. It includes sports activities,
interaction with alumni who share their
experiences and success stories, followed by
cultural programmes, debates, and theme
based dinners arranged for the freshers. All
fresher students are encouraged to participate
in various activities, and fifty best freshers are
selected through their participation amongst
an array of more than 30 events and are
conferred the title of FANTASTIC 50.
Agon is the premier sporting event at
Garden City College which has
Volleyball, Football and Basketball on
its roll. Students from various countries
participate in this sports fest and
winners and runners up walk away with
cash awards, trophies and certificates.

Recognizing the importance of the role of teachers in the society,
Teachers Trove is an event that brings together the teaching fraternity of
India to share camaraderie and showcase their forte in education. It is
the only event for teachers in India which has a blend of technical and
cultural events which Garden City College proudly hosts each year
GRAND PARADE
The acronym CREAM stands for Creative, Reliable,
Efficient, Abiding, Managers. A ceremony that
recognizes the endeavors and contribution of the
outstanding final year students of GCC
For years, the Garden City College has been organizing Grand Parade
in order to evoke gratefulness and respect in the hearts of the students
for their parents who are the pillars behind their every accomplishment.
The ceremony of Grand Parade is an evening when we salute the love
affection, untiring efforts and incomparable sacrifices of the parents of
our students.
JOB FAIR
G.E.T
As a part of our institutional social responsibility Job Fair is
organized each year, for the benefit of fresh graduates and
experienced graduates. Companies from Biotech, Pharma /
Healthcare, Retail, Automobile, Banking, Financial Service
and Insurance, IT/ITES, Fashion and Hospitality Sectors
participate in the Job Fair. Over 8000 walk-ins are reported in
these job fairs where candidates applied for various positions
and around 3000 offers are made by these companies
