ABOUT H.E.A.R.T.S
H. Housewives E. Enhancement A. And R. Reactivate T. Talent S. Scheme
HEARTS is a programme to train educated housewives in the
latent workforce in specialised fields that would enable them
to work from home or under flexible working arrangement.
Active participation in the economic
growth while maintaining status quo as
housewife / homemaker
Upgrade their knowledge and skills to be
self-employed and work from home
Assist in increasing the percentage of
employable women participation in the
labour market from 46% to 55%
Married woman or single mother
Not in active employment
At least a Diploma holder
25 – 60 years old
A Malaysian citizen

Housewives complete online profiling form
at www.hrdf.com.my or submit hardcopy via
any means
Housewives are notified for interview
session at HRDF HQ, Penang branch and/or
JB branch and to bring supporting
documents
Participating employers will hold interview
and selection session (if there is any specific
requirement)
