¬ Development of laminates from agricultural & forest wastes and modification of artisans tools for
improvement in tool life were developed and the same technology is now ready for transfer at various
Clusters. The group members are D.R. Peshwe , Dr. R. K. Paretkar, Dr.P M Padole, Dr. A D Phophale

The technologies developed by the Technical Interface at VNIT Nagpur are :
• The materials and heat treatment optimization for rural blacksmithy.
• Development of Double roller ginning and pressing machine.
• Low cost mechanized machine for stirrup making.
• Hand operated Dhup stick making machine
• Development of laminates form agricultural wastes.
¬ Filed a Patent on “Method for producing white light” with the team comprising of Mr. Abhay Deshmukh,
Dr. Sanjay Dhoble & Dr. Animesh Kumar, NEERI Nagpur.
