Gujo Odori
from Mid July until Early September
Participate in a Japanese cultural
event in a way few foreigners
ever get to experience. Dance all
night to 400 year old traditional
odori songs like "Kawasaki",
"Harukoma" or "Gengen Bala

daily at the Gujo Hachiman
Kinenkan Tourist Centre during

Changes in prices
Health and Immigration
Prices in this brochure are based on tariffs current as of 01 March 2010. As
Pitt Travel does not have control over exchange rate, airfares and any airfarerelated taxes, hotel rates and other service providers’ tariffs, we reserve the
right to adjust our prices accordingly as may be necessary at any time up to
the day of final payment being made.
Passenger shall be responsible for all entry and exit, visa, travel document,
health and other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands
or requirements to visit or transit the country you intend to enter. Pitt Travel is
not liable for any loss or expense due to passenger’s failure to comply with the
above.
If we are forced to change your booking or part of your booking for any
reason beyond our control, we will endeavor to give you notice and provide
equivalent or similar to the product offering the experience anticipated from
the original booking. In the event of such, you have the right to ask for a
rearrangement or to withdraw from the package for refunds deducted any
charges by our suppliers.
Pitt Travel is not also liable for any loss or expense incurred in relation to your
name registered by any immigration registries unless specifically informed at the
time of booking. Please contact a related-registry for advice.
Deposit Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $220 per person is required at the time of
reservation. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to departure,
otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
The deposit is also not transferable for other purpose, time and product. In the
case you require to rearrange or withdraw from a package, the deposit may be
used for a combination of more than two different products which must at least
include either air ticket or hotel reservation only when there is no cancellation
charges incurred by our suppliers.
Insurance
We strongly advise that you purchase a comprehensive insurance of your
choice to cover such as a loss of deposit and/or any charges levied by suppliers
on cancellation, and any injury, loss, damage, delay, additional expenses or
inconvenience that may be occurred during a trip.
Inclusion in the price
Please refer to any products itemized in each category or package as an
inclusion, and any products, therefore, specifically not mentioned are not
included in the price. Please clarify with your booking agents if you are
not sure with inclusions since a reservation is a full declaration of your
acknowledgement on a product and package you purchase.
Liability of Pitt Travel
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy is strictly based on different suppliers’. Please ask
your agents for more specific details if necessary. You must advise in writing
to your booking agent if it is necessary for you or a member of your party to
cancel your itinerary.
1. If notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to departure
- all charges levied by suppliers, plus $30 administration fee
2. If notice is received between 29 and 4 days prior to departure
- all charges levied by suppliers, plus $45 administration fee
3. If notice is received between 3 and 1 days prior to departure
- all charges levied by suppliers, plus $150 administration fee
4. Cancellation whether adivised or not, on the day of departure
- 100% of the full payment.
We accept liability for any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of our
negligence or that of our employees or agents. Pitt Travel does not accept any
liabilities should the negligence, omissions, default or any liabilities be caused
by the acts of those airlines, coach operators, shipping companies hoteliers,
other service providers or person.
The standards of accommodations are based on various factors accepted as
an indicative of a certain standard, yet we do not represent or guarantee the
standard for other than the purpose of our package to be ranked.
