Partnership Program
How it works
TOTAL INVESTMENT RECOGNITION
Our Partnership Program (P2) provides marketing exposure at our events throughout the year. However,
there are a handful of events that allow for additional sponsorship opportunities. Our Installation Gala,
Icon Awards, Leadership Summit and two Golf Tournaments are great ways to receive additional exposure.
Recognition is unmatched at these events and typically sell out.
Whether at $25,000 or $1,000, Partnership Program (P2) companies receive year-round marketing
exposure at our events and in our printed and online membership directories. Additionally, half of
your paid sponsorship dollars comes back to you as pre-paid credit. This “bank” of credit may be
used for registrations for any of our events throughout the year. This aspect minimizes company
credit card transactions/expense reports during the registration process for events. Many consider
this as the primary reason for participating in the program.

To thank you for sponsoring the below A la Carte events in addition to your P2 commitment, the BIA
combines your total investment of all sponsorships and recognizes you at that higher dollar level on
the Partnership Program materials. All benefits received will be based on the initial level of Partnership
Program participation as listed below within this brochure, as well as the event-specific sponsorship
benefits. Please see the following “Example” of the combined investment recognition.

Your company logo will be placed at the $10,000 level
