Thank you for your purchase of the 2012 Passkey book. Your purchase
goes to support important Growth of the Game Initiatives including the
Special Olympics Golf Program, Tennessee PGA Junior Golf Academy,
TGA Junior Tour, and Play Golf America. We here at the Tennessee PGA
have made a large effort to offer new and extended deals in the book.
We are always willing to hear your feedback on how we can improve
the Passkey book, so please contact us if you have any suggestions or
feedback. The TPGA Passkey book is valid from January 1, 2012 until
December 31, 2012. Passkey books are sold on a per person basis.
As a Passkey member you should call at least 24 hours in advance to
identify yourself as a Passkey member. Please do not show up to a
course unannounced. Please review the deal before you call and note
any restrictions that may apply. Passkey deals are mostly Monday
through Friday unless otherwise noted. Passkey books are not for use
for tournaments, group rates, or special play events. I hope that you
enjoy the book, and have a great golf season this year.

INTRODUCTION
RULES & REGULATIONS
1. All fees are printed in the book and are for individual use only, and not
available for groups. Member Fees are for 18-hole play only, unless the
facility is only 9 holes. The box will be checked off as used. Unlimited Play
does not mean more than one (1) round or visit per day.
2. No play with Passkey books on weekends or holidays, unless otherwise
noted. Passkey books may not be used for tournaments or special play
events.

3. You must call 24 hours in advance for tee time and check course
availability. Courses may limit the number of Passkey players they take
each day.
4. Proper golf attire is required. Please ask what the proper attire policy is
when calling for tee time.

5. Please observe proper golf etiquette and show respect for the course
rules. Do not attempt to play on restricted days or alter the conditions
listed by facility.
6. Courses are listed alphabetically by the five (5) TPGA Chapters
(Chattanooga, Knoxville, Middle Tennessee, Tri-Cities & West Tennessee)
& Kentucky Section courses.

8. If your Passkey book is lost or stolen, you must contact the Tennessee
PGA immediately for a replacement book. You must submit a written
statement along with a signature that your book has been lost or stolen.

ABOUT THE TENNESSEE PGA

Founded in 1916, the PGA of America is the largest working sports organization
in the world, comprised of dedicated men and women serving as the experts in
the game and business of golf. Our mission is to promote the enjoyment and
involvement in the game of golf and to contribute to its growth by providing
services to golf professionals and the golf industry.

The Tennessee Section, chartered in 1968, is one of 41 geographic Sections
that make up the PGA of America. Our members are often referred to as “Club
Professionals,” who serve as experts in the ever-changing business of golf
and are the leading players, teachers, skilled business managers, community
leaders, and superior merchandisers who have dedicated their careers to this
great game of golf.

The Tennessee Section PGA encompasses the entire State of Tennessee, plus
one county (Desoto) in eastern Mississippi, two counties in northwest Georgia
(Catoosa and Walker), and five in southwest Virginia (Lee, Russell, Scott,
Washington and Wise). The Section office is located in Franklin, Tennessee
and acts as a resource for local and national golf information for the golf
professional and amateur player alike. Regional Directors for Golf House
Tennessee are currently located in Johnson City (Tri Cities Chapter), Knoxville
(Knoxville Chapter), and Memphis (West Tennessee Chapter).
