The price of the empty space rent includes the common lighting and
security services.
Installation of Empty Space
The Organizer obliges to install a promotional stand for this price, which
consists of exhibition construction walls (height - 2.5 m and width – 1 m,
white color), carpet (blue), 1 chandelier for 3 m², 1 desk (80x80 cm), 2
chairs, company name on the frieze, 1KW 3-part socket, dustbin.

LOYALTY PROGRAMS
“Early Bird” by registering to the exhibition till 31st of October 2015 it is applied a discount of 5% for empty space rent
price only.
“Exhibition Starter” for companies established from April 20, 2015 till April 14, 2016 it is applied a discount of 10% for
empty space rent price only and a discount of 29 EUR for registration fee.
“Pre-Payment” if the proforma invoice is fully paid within 14 days after its issue date, it is applied a discount of 5% for
the whole amount of the invoice. This program is valid till January 1, 2016. But it is not valid for additional equipment
and services.
“For Returners” if company wasn’t participate in the last fair but returns as exhibitor this year it is applies a discount of
2% for empty space rent price.
“Steady Customers” if company participate the last 3 exhibitions successive, it provides 10 unites additional
invitations; 1 free hour for seminars; 1 free hour for show on the stage; additional communication possibilities.
