Part of the company’s Pro•Formance Series of surface solution products, HardCore is an advanced product line that creates durable, highly cost-effective floors and walls over new or damaged concrete and other substrates. THE CHALLENGE The restaurant, which opened in January 2014, was seeking a low-maintenance, seamless wall and floor resurfacing solution for its kitchen at its newest location in Fort Worth. This included surfaces that could easily be cleaned and wiped down. Overall, Razzoo’s was seeking a solution that would significantly reduce its total cost of ownership. Stuart Dean applied its HardCore product line for floor and wall resurfacing restoration and protection, made of 100 percent epoxy, to the restaurant’s kitchen. This consisted of the application of 2,800 square feet of flooring (which includes 400 square feet of heat-resistant flooring), 2,400 square feet of wall protection and 370 lineal feet of HardCove, a trowelable epoxy used for creating cove base, patching cracks and repairing holes.
