This winter, Sunquest is proud to introduce a variety of
comprehensive Special Interest Weeks, in addition to
the many great facilities and services already available
through every Club Diamond vacation. Working closely
with our partners at Bahia Principe, we have developed
programs at three of our Club Diamond resorts – Gran
Bahia Principe Tulum in the Riviera Maya, Gran Bahia
Principe Bavaro in Punta Cana and a new addition to
the Club Diamond line-up this year – Gran Bahia
Principe Jamaica in Runaway Bay (between Ocho Rios
& Montego Bay).
Now you can combine a week of fun in the sun on
a beautiful beach, with any one of the following
activities, depending on the week you travel:
• Soccer camps
• Health & Wellness weeks
• Celebrity Chef weeks
There will be a dedicated Sunquest representative on-site for
the entire week to ensure you enjoy your vacation to its
fullest. They will oversee the week’s various activities,
working in conjunction with the resort staff and the companies we’ve brought in to create and implement these fun-filled
programs. But not to worry, even if you sign up for one of
these weeks, it doesn’t mean that your vacation will be on a
schedule. Every activity is, of course, completely optional...
ready and waiting if you feel like participating. If you wake
up one morning and decide you’d rather chill out by the pool
or lie on the beach, or go out and explore the area outside
the resort... by all means, enjoy! This is your vacation; make
it as active or as laid back as you want it to be. Additionally,
if you decide to sign up for one of our soccer weeks, for
example, you don’t have to worry about the resort being
over-run with soccer fans and activities.

listed above. Then it’s just a matter of adding your name to the

GT Soccer is proud and honoured to
have been appointed the official soccer
coaching organization for Sunquest.
Throughout the Greater Toronto Area, GT Soccer has
quickly established a reputation that is second-tonone for coaching and developing young soccer
players. Working within a fun yet disciplined
environment, and learning from experienced and
qualified soccer coaches, whatever ability a player
already possesses, GT Soccer will help raise their
skills to the next level.
About the coaches: With over 40 years of
experience, Geoff Strauch has been employed by
professional clubs and national associations in
Europe, both as a player coach and coach
mentor. Tyler Smith has over 12 years of experience, having been employed by professional clubs
in England to coach youth academy standards and
to promote soccer within the community.
What to expect: These clinics will cover everything from first touch and dribbling to passing to
shooting. Every level of player is welcome and will benefit from the fun but comprehensive set of
challenges, and daily games where they can put their newly acquired skills to the test!

Extreme Fitness

Founded in 1995, Extreme Fitness has long been known for its
high quality, results-oriented personal training programs and
high-energy group fitness programs. At Extreme, the culture is
all about quality, results, and passion for exceeding expectations; they are dedicated to continually ensuring that their fitness programs and services provide excitement and motivation
to inspire members to make positive changes in their lives and
are delighted to be able to bring this same energy to Sunquest
customers.
What to expect: From yoga on the beach and bike tours, to
hula classes and zumba parties, from beach body
conditioning to Extreme’s own ‘Dancing with the Stars’, each
day will feature a wide range of fun and fitness-focused classes
designed to make you sweat and get your heart
racing before hitting the beach.
About the trainer: Jacqueline Walters is a 30-year veteran of the fitness industry. As the VP of Group Fitness, she
oversees the Group Fitness program at Extreme Fitness, and
has been the driving force behind such novel classes as Doggie
and Me Bootcamp, Concrete Jungle Bootcamp, Fit2SpeedDate, Firefighter’s Workout and Laugh Your Abs Off! She is
thrilled to be bringing her quirky fitness perspective to the activities program at the prestigious Club Diamond resorts in the
Caribbean & Mexico.

Golf Clinics
If you are looking to improve your game as you improve your tan, our specially designed Golf Clinic weeks may just do the trick! Get feedback and
tips from a member of the Canadian PGA as you play on some of the tropics’ most beautiful courses.
What to expect: No matter your age or skill level, we’ll have a golf clinic
that is just right for you... complete with professional instruction from the people who know best. Kids and adults alike will benefit from not only learning
the fundamentals of the game, they will receive comprehensive instruction
and tips on putting, chipping, pitching, sand play, safety, etiquette and the
rules of the game. Groups will be divided up by age and (for adults) level:
kids ages 4-6 (girls and boys) and ages 7-14, as well as adult beginners
and advanced. At the end of each week, families that have participated in
the program will have the opportunity to play nine holes together.

Learn from some of Canada’s very own culinary wonders during this
week of cooking classes and tastings. Stars from both on and off the
small screen – including such notable names as David Adjey, the
Gemini nominated one-time Executive Chef at New York City’s Tony
Rihga Royal Hotel and former Personal Chef to actor Dan Aykroyd, and
Michael Blackie, Chef Off! host and Executive Chef of the National Arts
Centre in Ottawa (just for starters!) – will share tips and tricks and even
prepare special menus just for you!

the Canadian culinary scene, these chefs will

Sunquest makes arrangements with suppliers
who provide travel services such as air travel,
cruises, hotels, buses, sightseeing, car rental
or other activities included in your booking.
The travel services are subject to the conditions imposed by these suppliers, and their
liability may, in turn, be limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage and international
conventions and arrangements. Sunquest
does not own, manage, operate, or control
any vehicle, hotel, resort, cruise ship, restaurant, or other supplier of services, and is not
responsible for their acts or omissions.

or otherwise receive services through Sunquest, you are

How To Make A Booking: Simply call or visit your
travel agent and they will contact Sunquest for reservations.
Payment Requirements: Where a vacation is
booked 45 days or less before the departure date – full
payment is due immediately. Otherwise, a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 per person plus applicable insurance is due immediately on booking and the balance
or final payment is due no less than 45 days prior to departure date.
The deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Sunquest reserves the right to cancel a booking where any payment is not received within 5 days of
its due date.
Credit Cards: When a credit card is used to confirm
and pay for a booking, you, the passenger, and/or the
cardholder give consent to Sunquest for the card’s use.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, you
must notify your travel agent immediately. Cancellation
charges are calculated based on the date that Sunquest receives notice of cancellation.
