Terms and conditions
This discount is available to qualifying holders of rail staff travel facilities. To claim your discount you will be asked to provide your
Full Name and Staff Travel Card/TOC Privilege card number. You will need to present your railcard as identification at the port
when you check-in for travel. If invalid or erroneous details are provided your booking will be cancelled without refund. Bookings are
also available by phone by calling 0871 664 8005 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras, calls from mobiles will be higher),
with 25% discount applying to standard telephone fares.
Discounts apply to web fares and are subject to restricted space, sailings and dates availability. Payment in full must be made at the
time of booking using a valid credit or debit card, credit card surcharge of £4 per booking applies. Discount levels are subject to
amendment at any time. Carriage by sea is subject to P&O Ferries' terms of business. Passengers will require a valid passport to
travel. P&O Ferries reserve the right to amend or withdraw the offer without notice. It is possible that at certain times of the year P&O
Ferries may offer more attractively priced promotional offers linked to specific terms and conditions. Enquiries should be made at the
time of booking as retrospective refunds cannot be offered.
