Pre Trip Information
What should I bring?

SACK LUNCH FOR MONDAY!
You are limited to 1 suitcase or bag & bedding

Bible

Notebook/Pen

2 sets of clothes for Tues, Wed & Thurs.
• 1 set per day should be suitable for getting wet & dirty
• Bring plenty of clothes with our MIX team color RED!
• Theme Nights: Superhero, Pirates, Camouflage & Neon

1 set of clothes to travel home in Friday morning

PJ’s!

Sleeping bag/bedding (for twin-sized beds) & pillow

Toiletries: Soap, shampoo, deodorant, hair products, etc.
• Pack in ziplock bags so they don’t leak

Hairdryer/straightener, etc.

Towels/Wash cloths

Shoes for walking in (socks if needed)

Shoes for getting wet (flip flops, etc.)

Lightweight jacket/Hoodie

Swimsuits (Girls: one piece/appropriate tankini w/cover-up)

Beach towel & sunscreen

Bug spray

$ for souvenirs (t-shirts, books, offering, etc.)

Talk with your student to help them make wise choices.

ORIGINAL CONTAINERS for all medications

We will travel in 2 church buses
Our 14 Adult Leaders will be distributed
throughout the vehicles
We will stay in the dorms at the
Windermere Conference Center.
Adults will be distributed throughout the
rooms.
Students will find out their roommates when
they arrive at the camp.
We have done our best to house students
with at least one person they requested on
their registration forms.

Beginning Monday night, we will eat all
meals (except Thurs lunch) in the cafeteria on
site.
Thursday is extended recreation day and we
will provide lunch on campus for our group.
Friday morning we will provide breakfast for
our group before traveling home.
Windermere sits on a huge lake with many
activities available to us every afternoon.
See the packing list and dress appropriately!
Students will be assigned a specific leader
for the entire week.
