These housing part numbers do not always correspond to part #s found in a catalog. ♦ Unsilenced air cleaner housings have no “snorkel,” or air intake tube(s) to reduce noise. ♦ Silenced housings have one or two snorkels. 1962-66 air cleaners on performance cars may or may not have snorkels. There is a vast variety of housing part #s in parts books, and not all are even listed. ♦ Some pre-1969 engines were available with a permanent, washable “wrap” around a replaceable paper filter. Power Brake Booster IDs: ID numbers for correct application on the assembly line. The many versions of these decals are printed on durable vinyl, with correct precut contours. Specify year-engine-body-brake info...........$4 ♦ 1970 and 1971 power brake boosters “Made In Canada”: Die-cut white lettering that simulates the rubber-stamped lettering on top backside rim of drum or disc power booster. No confirmation for 1972 or later applications. Correct colors and clear-coated, just like the originals. Emissions decals were always assigned by engine, transmission, time of year built, and standard or California emissions system. Body type was never a factor. Inquire for decals not listed. Check build sheet or fender tag for build date of car. Check build sheet for last two digits of emissions decal.
