Sankara Eye Foundation (SEF) is presenting an enchanting evening of music and entertainment, with
the internationally renowned singer Shreya Ghoshal, Live in Concert, on August 10th, 2014 at the
Riverbend Centre in Austin. This fundraiser for Sankara Eye Hospitals will be a great opportunity for
your business to support a worthy cause as well as reach out to over 2,000 attendees and over 25,000
Austin , San Antonio and Temple households through the extensive publicity SEF will be doing in the
several months leading up to this concert.
About Sankara Eye Foundation:
SEF is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, with a
mission to eradicate curable blindness in India. SEF
currently supports nine super-specialty eye
hospitals and two city hospitals in India, providing
free eye care to the poor. SEF completed 1,000,000
(ONE MILLION) free eye surgeries in 2013, and on
January 14, 2014, inaugurated the ninth hospital in
Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
Today, SEF is the largest provider of free eye
surgeries for the poor in India; performing over 500
surgeries each day! Our current urgent goal is to
complete fundraising for the next hospital in
Rajasthan and begin projects in Madhya Pradesh,
Chattisgarh
and
Orissa.
