Lilacs The Agincourt Beauty Lilac has deep purple fragrant flowers that are single, and each floret is very large; --- the largest florets of all lilacs. It is one of the best purple available today. It does tolerates light shade, but best bloom quality and disease resistance occur in full sun. Grows 10-12'. Z 3-7. Lilacs come in 7 different colors White, Lilac, Pink, Violet, Magenta, Purple, and Blue. They can have single, double, and multi-petaled flowers and bloom early, mid-season, or late spring.
