We have the opportunity to make this year’s Run/Walk the biggest one yet. We
want to make organ and tissue donation as well known as the Ice Bucket
Challenge. We want NEON GREEN to be linked with organ and tissue donation!

She has materials and letters she can provide to make the ask easy.

material and share stories of compassion, strength and courage throughout our

Quilts Squares to Honor Donors
Donor families are welcome to submit quilt squares which will be made into a quilt to honored loved ones who
have given the “gift of life”. Go to www.donornetworkwest.org/donormemorialquilts/ to find out more about
how to make a quilt square.
Living Donation California is
a first-of-its-kind, state-authorized
information and referral service to inspire and inform people to be
altruistic living kidney donors.
Through its website, www.LivingDonationCalifornia.org, provides
information about living kidney donation and refers potentially eligible
individuals for evaluation at a transplant center.

Whether it was talking to other donor
families, awarding medals, singing in
the first Lyrics for Life competition,
supporting teammates, competiting
for the first or sixth time in basketball,
volleyball, swimming, track and field,
boce ball, table tennis, darts, trivia or
tennis; everyone was a winner and
built friendships along with memories
that will last a lifetime.
Anna Modlin received the Female
Athlete Award . She also worked very
hard raising funds and working in the
community to encourage people to
register as organ and tissue donors.
People brought together by very
special people who changed so many
lives through their gift of life.
