sixteen3 are a specialist designer and manufacturer of
stylish, high quality, upholstered seating, perfectly suited to
enhancing any environment.
Located in Warrington, Cheshire, we are well situated to serve clients
throughout the UK and have considerable experience and expertise in
delivering solutions globally.
Our in-house design and upholstery teams, have extensive vision,
knowledge and capability in developing and manufacturing furniture to the
highest specification, whether from our standard product range or to solve
one-off or bespoke requirements.
We know that every business is different and as our client, we will look to
provide you with a high level of personal service encompassing your
business needs, working in partnership with you to deliver quality solutions
to ‘our’ customer.
Alongside our in-house manufactured range of soft seating we also supply
a selection of complementary products, including tables and chairs, to
complete your workplace requirements.
We believe good environmental practices go hand in hand with good
product quality and we always endeavour to source from environmentally
accredited, sustainable sources and from other UK manufacturers.

Notes:
Order Acknowledgements:
All orders will be acknowledged. The order acknowledgment constitutes the contract to supply.
Please check all order acknowledgements, contacting the sixteen3 Sales Team by email to [email protected] within 24 hours if there
are any discrepancies.
Technical Specifications:
All dimensions are in millimetres and are nominal.
All images used for illustration purposes only.
Colour Variations:
Whilst every effort is made to ensure parity of colour, the company cannot guarantee an exact match on any wood,
or guarantee against commercial variances in laminates or fabrics, especially on repeat orders.
Care of Wood:
A protective lacquer finish is applied to all wood parts during manufacture. This makes them resistant to moderate heat and some
beverage spillages, not alcohol. All spillages should be immediately wiped off with a soft damp cloth. Never use cleaning products or
chemicals on wood parts. Only clean with a damp cloth and buff with a soft dry duster.
Warranty:
All sixteen3 seating workmanship is covered for a period of 5 years, fair wear and tear. Please refer to Fabric Manufacturer selected for
their warranty pertaining to the fabric used.
Maintenance:
sixteen3 have a specialist fabric care division. Please contact our office on 01925 850 500
or [email protected] for continued maintenance of your product(s).
Lead-times:
Our standard lead-times are 4-6 weeks, but are subject to change.
For some products the lead-time may be affected by fabrics/finish selections.
If a shorter lead-time is required please contact us by phone on 01925 850 500 or email to [email protected].
Delivery:
Orders with a Net value of less than £2,500 will incur a delivery charge of 5% (minimum £95).
Delivery excludes the Scottish Highlands, Islands &Northern Ireland.
An additional charge may be made if you require delivery outside of normal working hours, direct to site or time/day specific delivery.
Please note all our deliveries are tail-drop only or shipped by pallet/courier at our discretion, unless agreed in advance.

The company reserves the right to make without notice, any changes in material specifications or design of the goods which do not affect
the operational requirements of the goods and such changes shall not affect the validity of the contract.
