Install instructions
1. Remove and install the turbocharger
according to the factory repair manual.
For your convenience a copy of the factory
repair manual has been attached.
2. Remove the clip holding the EVAP hose
to the cylinder head and reposition the
hose so it sits between the cylinder head
and turbo inlet.

3. Using a cutoff tool, remove the bracket
from the factory oil feed line

4. Route the oil feed line between the turbo
outlet and the compressor cover. A pair of
pliers will make aligning the oil line easier.
Fasten the oil line to the turbo using the
factory bolt and the 2 included aluminum
crush washers.

5. The factory breather hose will need to
be drilled to mount to the K04. Use the
included gasket as a template, mark, and
drill a mounting hole.

6. Using a cut off tool or cutters, remove the
bracket on the coolant line that attaches to
the rear of the engine block.

7. Note how oil feed, oil return, and coolant
return line are routed. The oil feed line may
need to be slightly bent to allow for proper
clearance.

Crush Washer Placement:
2x aluminum crush washer supplied for oil feed line to turbo.
3x thin copper crush washers supplied for coolant return to block, install at
turbo. Remaining washer is supplied for outside of coolant feed line at turbo.
1x thick copper crush washer supplied for inside of coolant feed line at turbo.
Installs between coolant feed line and turbo.
