Dear Student Athletes and Parents/Guardians,
Although the summer has just begun, the athletic department is preparing for the 2016-17 athletic year. This sheet will
provide you with necessary information you will need for the upcoming year. Within this packet you will find
information on important dates, ImPACT concussion testing, and an athletic contract. More detailed information can be

Athletic Season Start Dates
Fall Season
**ALL FALL ATHLETIC CONTRACTS ARE DUE AUGUST 3, 2016**
CONTRACTS THAT NEED THE NURSE’S SIGNATURE CAN BE PUT IN THEIR
MAIN OFFICE MAILBOX AT THE JR./SR. HS.
Monday, August 15, 2016 – 1st day of Practice
JV & Varsity Football ONLY at Greenport (shuttle bus available)
Fall Physical and ImPACT Testing Dates

July 13, 2016 – (Filled)
July 20, 2016 – 7:30am-8:30am in the nurse’s office
July 25, 2016 - 7:15am-8:15am in the nurse’s office
July 27, 2016 – 7:30am-8:30am in the nurse’s office

appointment.
Monday, August 22th - 1st Day of Practice
