1. WILLIAM R. SHIRK, JR., Principal at the High School, effective January 13,
2014.
B. APPOINTMENTS
1. SUPPORT STAFF
a) LINDA M. DAVIDHEISER, Playground Monitor at Hereford Elementary
School, effective October 14, 2013, at $9.25/hour, for 2 hours/day, every
student day. Linda is replacing Susan Hetrick, who accepted another
position with the District.
b) DAVID B. WELLER, SR., Maintenance Mechanic at the Middle School, to
be hired conditioned upon meeting preemployment requirements, effective
November 18, 2013, at $23.40/hour, for 261 days/year. David will replace
Richard Yocum, who retired.
c) SUSAN F. YAROCH, for the Study Island 12th Grade Keystone
Remediation program at the High School, effective for the 2013-2014
school year, not to exceed 40 hours at the rate of $14.91.
C. CHANGE OF STATUS
1. CLAIRE WHARTON, part-time Food Service Staff to full-time Custodian at the
High School and the Education Center, effective November 18, 2013, at
$11.62/hour, for 261 days/year. Claire will be replacing Randy Reinhart, who
accepted another position with the District.

2. Motion to approve the High School Music Department (Band, Chorus and
Orchestra) to perform at various venues in Chicago, Illinois, April 4-7, 2014.
3. Motion to approve an Overseas Study-Travel Trip for eligible High School
students through Education First to England (London & Canterbury) and
France (Normandy & Paris), June 22-July 1, 2015.
B. Motion to approve Change Order #1 for the High School tennis court
reconstruction project in the amount of $24,642.00. (Attachment B-1)
C. Motion to approve the attached resolution authorizing the refunding of the General
