DiPETRO SYNERGY ENG SDN BHD (hereinafter referred to as DiPETRO) is 100% Bumiputera,
company both in equity and as well as management control. The Company was formely
known as HP Engineering Enterprise was incorporated in February 2009. Beginning with
sub contarcting work from Main Contractor, HP Engineering Enterprise emerged forward
and expand its business to become Main Contractor with the inception of newly Sendirian
Berhad Company. In coping with the new business challenge, The newly formed Company
(DiPETRO) was then incorporated on 8th April 2011.
DiPETRO management staff and key projects supervisory personnel have vast experience
in oil, gas and petrochemical industry. In addition to indirect manpower (key personnel)
above, DiPETRO has been proven to be able to deploy huge amount of direct manpower
of multi-discipline crews (profesional and labours forces) for its plant maintenance,
construction.
With technical support from both in-house and DiPETRO subcontractors, DiPETRO possess
technical know-how project management experience and local knowledge to manage and
engage in Plant Construction, Maintenance and Turnaround works. DiPETRO and its associates
have successfully completed projects for the following work:

Management Structure:
The company is led by a strong and experienced team which includes representative drawn
from various professional fields, i.e. business, engineering, maintenance, fabrication and
construction in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries. This bring depth and diversity in
expertise and perspectives towards leadership of the company. As of today, the key
management team of DiPetro Synergy Eng Sdn Bhd (DiPETRO), consist of the following individuals:i)

Executive/Operation Director
Aged 46, is the Managing Director of the company. He has a Degree in
Mechanical Engineering from California State University. He has joined
DiPETRO in April 2011 as Managing Director and in-charge of the overall
admin, financials and operations of the company. For project purposes
he acts as Project Advisor/ Manager monitoring all operation and
technical matters including planning, execution, safety, quality control
and procedures, etc.

Prior to his appointment in DiPETRO, he had served Hse Resources Sdn Bhd
as Technical Director (from May 2005 - March 2011), Technotest Sdn Bhd
as a General Manager (Jan 2004 - April 2005) as well as a Director in
its subsidiary EN-ES Technologies Sdn Bhd, Asaga Corporation Sdn Bhd
as a General Manager and same time as Managing Director in its subsidiary Asaga Engineering &
Construction Sdn Bhd (June 2003 - Dec 2003), Mushtari Maintenance Services Sdn Bhd as
Operation Manager (March 1997 - May 2003) and as Project Engineer (July 1995 - Feb 1997) and
Perusaahan Otomobil Nasional Sdn Bhd (PROTON) as Technical Executive (July 1990 - July 1992).
His professional qualification includes as a PTS Protective Coating & Lining CORAL Committee,
Institute Material of Malaysia (IMM) Qualified Blasting & Painting Inspector, Welding Inspector
(CSWIP), and Qualified Project/ Turnaround Manager. Apart from that he is also member of the
Board of Engineers and Institution of Engineers of Malaysia.
As a highly responsible management, he had undergone various Safety Courses both onshore
and offshore. Among the courses that he had attended were conducted by Terengganu Safety
Training Centre Sdn Bhd (TATI) namely onshore Safety Orientation, Safety for Line Supervisor,
and Offshore Safety Training/HUET Training, conducted by OGP Technical Services namely
Turnaround Safety Passport Scheme Training, conducted by National Institute of Occupational
Safety and Health (NIOSH) namely Kursus Akta Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan 1994 and
NIOSH Petronas Safety Passport (NPSP)
In summary, he has more than 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries in
the field of construction, commisioning, maintenance and turnaround/ shutdown works. He is a
multidicipline manager which specialization is in mechanical field. During the course of his work,
he has been handling various disciplines namely mechanical and maintenance work (construction
including EPCC Project), Turnaround (heat exchanger, vessel, etc), Civil & Structure works,
Electrical & Instrument works, Scaffolding and Insulations works, Blasting & Painting works, etc.
Aged 46, is the Executive cum Operation Director of the Company.
He has a Diploma In Electrical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi
MARA (UiTM). He has joined DiPETRO in April 2011 as Executive as well
as Operation Director and in-charge of the overall technical and
operations of the company. For the project purposes, he acts as
Project Advisor/ Manager monitoring all operation and technical;
matters including planning, scheduling, execution, safety of the

Maintenance Services Sdn Bhd as Turnaroud Manager (August 1999 - June 2003) and as
Superintendent (Jan 1995 - July 1999) and Warga Hikmat Kejuruteraan Sdn Bhd as Site Supervisor
(Feb 1990 - Dec 1994).
His profesional qualification includes as a qualified Turnaround/ Shutdown Manager, Institute
Material of Malaysia (IMM) Qualified Blasting & Painting Technician and Safety Supervisor.

DiPetro Synergy Eng Sdn Bhd engages direct hire professional and labour forces to carry out
committed projects with the client. Most of these direct hired staff are taken to compliment
permanent and contract staff manning level in order to meet the peak manpower requirement
of the company.
This is typically required during plant turnaround and major EPCC projects.To-date, DiPETRO
had proven itself to be able to mobilize some 500 direct hire staff (professional and labour
forces) for its plant turnaround and EPCC during the respective projects peak construction
periods. Depending on the nature and size of the project, at one time Direct Hires professionals
and labours can reach as high as 1,000 person especially for turnaround work.

Introduction
DiPETRO has been active in this field since March 2009. In general, the Company
provides resources of tehcnical know-how in the form of manpower, equipment, tools
materials and consumables to perform the construction and maintenance services
for the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.
To-date a total of about RM 88.4 million worth of orders were executed by the Company.
This equates to some 1,794,600 manhours being exposed and performed on orders and
requisitions from the various clients.

Plant Maintenance and Turnaround Services
From the modest beginning of providing minor plant maintenance repairs and services in
2009, the Company has since developed into renowned force in providing a more complex
and integrated services, including plant turnaround works.
The Company involved in the turnaround works of various plant
namely, Processing Plant like Export Terminal and Compressor
Compressor Stations & Gas Processing Plant i.e. GPP 1,2,3,4,5,6
Refineries (Petronas Penapisan Terengganu Sdn Bhd and
Petronas Penapisan Melaka Sdn Bhd and Petrochemical Plant
(MTBE, Ethylene & Optimal), etc.

Maintenance and Construction Works for Blasting, Painting and Fire Proofing Works
The Plant Maintenance Division obtained necessary supports for the above works from
in-house Construction and Minor EPCC group as well as from network of contractors who
are proficient in this field. The Company has good reputation and contacts with
established paint manufacturers for competitive material offers to the clients. To date
the company has completed sizeable blasting & painting work for various type of
plant equipment namely Storage Tanks, vessels, pipings and structures.
The following are the core scope of work that we offer for our
Industrial Coating Services as follows:- corrosion protection,

EPCC/Construction/Fabrication Works
The Company undertakes contracts from clients to carryout fabrication of piping
works and structural steel for oil, gas and petrochemical plants in the area. The
fabrication works is carryout in our fabrication yards located in Paka, Terengganu.
The Company has been handling many projects which involved multi disciplines
i.e. mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentation works.
Examples of project undertaken by the Company includes the
EPCC Of The New Filter Water Seperator (FWS) at PDB Fuel &
& Aviation Storage Terminal which involved blasting/painting,
fabrication and installation of 5,000 dia-inch piping c/w
structure as well as the Installation of Process Stipper Feed Pump
Upgrading Project which involved fabrication and installation of suction
and discharge piping c/w new Pump. These projects involved multi discipline
i.e. mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentation works.

Scaffolding Supply, Delivery Erection & Dismantling Services
DiPETRO have involved in scaffolding works in construction, plant maintenance as well
as plant major turnaround services in various oil & gas & petrochemical plants.
DiPETRO capable of providing Conventional tube & fitting and quick erect, modular
systems incompliance to BS 1139 with capacity of 30,000m3 of scaffolding materials.
