established in 1985 as a registered
contractor
with
Pusat
Khidmat
Kontraktor. In line with its corporate
mission to participate actively in local
and international business, Majulia as a
new organisation, stepped ahead to
register itself as a Class 'A' Contractor in
1995.
Since its inception, Majulia has
completed both large and small
projects, from small site developments
to
massive
multi-million
ringgit
government
and
private
sector
projects.
With

projects to its name, Majulia aspires to

Due to the deep interest in Green Technology
development, the Group has acquired and taken
over the operations of 2 mini hydro power stations in
Sri Lanka. i.e. a 2.0 MW and 2.4 MW Mini Hydro Power
Station in Rathganga and Manelwala respectively.
The acquisition also involved acquiring license to
develop 2 new mini hydro power station of 3.0 MW
and 3.6 MW at Padiyapelella.
Majulia Group will aggressively look for new
opportunities either by developing new mini
hydro power stations or acquiring and taking
over operational mini hydro power stations with
the objective to be significantly involved in Green
Technology Development.
This involvement would contribute to a more stable
and recurring cash flow to the Group. It would also
add value and enhance the financial position of
the group as these mini hydro power stations have
concession agreements of between 15 to 21 years
period.

Getra Industrial Sdn Bhd is actively involved in
manufacturing and fabricating all type of pressure
vessels, equipments and machineries related to
palm oil industry.
The Self Discharge Vertical Sterilizer System (SDVS)
has become breakthrough to the Palm Oil Mill
Industries in Malaysia. There are many advantages
using this patented system i.e. minimum losses,
higher efficiency, reduce construction area, lower
cost of investment and fully automation.
Our business model have turned into Design and
Built (Turnkey) contractor for Palm Oil Mill. Company has started first turnkey project with capacity of
45mt/hr Palm Oil Mill at Mukah, Sarawak.
Moving forward strategy, company is emphasizing
in continuous improvement through research and
development to ensure company meet market
expectation, demand and total solution to the
Palm Oil Mill Industry locally and internationally.

Achieving the group diversified commitment into
Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning
(EPCC) scopes, a consortium (JV) has been formed with
various manufacturers, suppliers and engineering services
companies.
Majulia provides support in civil, structural and building works,
which comprises of road and pavement, drainage and
sewerage, building and structure construction, water
reticulation, steel structure fabrication and erosion control.
