a.The Ministry of Defence of Republic Indonesia and Avibras have signed a contract for the delivery of
MLRS ASTROS II MK6 to the Republic of Indonesia. Now therefore the parties will cooperate in term
of Transfer of Technology (TOT).

b.The Ministry of Defence of Republic Indonesia has selected Rheinmetall Landsystems GmbH as the
supplier for Main Battle Tank LEOPARD 2A4/RI, related tracked support vehicles as well as MARDER
1, services, logistic and technical support. Both parties were negotiating a procurement contract for
the sustems & related services and intend to sign this contract on short term. Part of the contract will
be an understanding to provide Transfer of Technology (ToT) for selected systems and components.
c. PAL, PT (Persero) and Driydock World Dubai have signed an agreement on November 8, 2012 for the
usage of Driydock’s shipyard in Batam island.
d.GMF AeroAsia has signed contra agreements during Indo Defence, Indo Aerospace, & Indo Marine
2012 Expo & Forum as follow :
- With KAM Air
The agreement signed by Agus Sulistyono as Base Operation Director of GMF AeroAsia and Hashim
Azim as Technical Director of KAM Air On 7 November 2012, for the maintenance of Aircraft B747200F
- With Avient Aviation
The agreement signed by Agus Sulistyono as Base Operation Director of GMF AeroAsia and Neil
Glover as Technical Director of Avient Aviation on 7 November 2012, for the maintenance of Aircraft

- With PT. Mandala Airlines Indonesia
Takes place on 8 November 2012, the cooperation between both parties is laid out in General Terms
of Agreement signed by Agus Sulistyono as Base Maintenance Director of GMF AeroAsia and
Operational Director Mandala Airlines, Derek Brian Hayden. The agreement is for 3 years cooperation
which one of them is to maintain the airframe & components of Mandala Air’s Airbus A320.
e.Airbus Military and PT Dirgantara Indonesia sign an agreement to launch upgraded version of C212
Long term strategic cooperation continues Airbus Military and PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PT DI) have
signed an agreement to jointly launch an upgraded version of the Airbus Military C212-400 as a further
step in their long term cooperation agreement. The aircraft, renamed as NC212, will be offered to
both civil and military customers and will be a highly competitive offer in the market segment of light
aircraft, being equipped with new digital avionics and autopilot systems. It will also have a new civil
interior for up to 28 passengers compared to the current 25, increasing its cost efficiency significantly.
The NC212 will be EASA and FAA FAR 25 certified.

1. During the Presidential visit on the 10th of November 2012, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and
First Lady Ani Bambang Yudhoyono reviewing Indo Defence 2012 exhibition and officially gave the name
“Komodo” for a tactical vehicle made by PT. Pindad.
2. Spectacular Aerobatic Shows from Jupiter Aerobatic Team (JAT) Air Force, using six KT-1B aircraft and
Pegasus Team Air Force who also displayed aerial maneuvers using helicopter EC-120B Colibri
