Communication in motion.
Meetings, conferences, presentations, workshops, training sessions, seminars – the importance of communication cannot be understated. But office space doesn’t usually grow to match, in fact, quite the opposite:
economising on space is the mark of efficient space management. Multifunctional space with a flexible
layout helps organisations to be dynamic. The prerequisite for this is furniture that can easily be adapted
to different forms of communication. The flex-table range has been developed for just this situation.

The design of flex-table is based on the demands of modern communication areas: configurations
must be quickly set up and modified, handling must be easy, and space-saving storage and an
innovative appearance are essential. The tables have castors to ensure a high level of mobility; two
of them are fitted with brakes to stop them rolling away inadvertently. The tabletop flips effortlessly.
This means that tables that are not wanted can be folded away and parked next to one another
to save space.

Standard features:
Table tops:
choice of laminate (MFC) or HPL top with seamless, moisture resistant laser edge (ABS edge), standard veneers
or premium veneer (walnut) with laminated wood edge,
or compact top. Stained wood finish. Table tops can be
tipped 90 degrees, folding mechanism activated by gas
spring – with a handle underneath the table top. Tipped
tables can be compactly placed in a row next to each
other.
Frame:
tubular steel column and beam, die-cast aluminium
table top support and feet, powder-coated. In case of
chromeplated frame column is chrome-plated and feet
are polished aluminium; beams and table top support
are always powder-coated in eloxal silver. Feet with twin
wheel castors (Ø 80 mm) with die-cast zinc housing. 2
castors lockable at user’s side (at side of handle), 2 castors
opposite, not lockable.
Modesty panel height 325 mm (optional):
perforated sheet steel, powder-coated. Modesty panel not
available for half-round and ellipse shaped tables, quarter
round tables combined with cable box, and generally in
case of cross linking.
Quick linking device (optional):
plastic, 2 linking devices per table side needed for lateral
or cross linking. No cross linking available for trapezoid
table 3581-270.
Electric cabling (optional):
Rectangular cable box: metal, powder-coated, with
flap.
Media trolley:
powder-coated metal cable box. Round cable grommet,
silver, black or white plastic. Height adjusting crankhandle. Other features similar to tables.
Important note:
we recommend the use of linking devices for table configurations, otherwise the table tops may not be level if
the floor is uneven.
