Copper alloys Aleación de Cobre Phosphor Bronze: CDA 501, 505, 507, 509, 510, 511,519, and 521 The most widely-used copper based alloy for almost every type of spring, because of its high strength, resilience, excellent corrosion and fatigue resistance. Combined with good conductivity, these alloys are used for all types of electrical devices - switches, relays, instruments, etc. Available in wire. Silicon Bronze: CDA 651, 653, 655, 656 More corrosion resistant and stronger than brass. Mainly used in electrical circuitry for swtichgears and process control equipment as well as for production of valves and fasteners. Available in wire. Copper Magnesium: CDA 18661 We make copper – magnesium alloy which is an environmentally friendly alternative to copper-cadmium alloys. Our variety considers specific chemical composition, size, quality, and temper allowing our clients to apply these to production of trolley cables & wires, conductors, semiconductor pins, and more. Available in wire and bare cable. High Copper Alloy Solder (Deoxidized Copper): CDA 189 This high quality soldering wire allows for highly conductive, non porous, copper colored welding of ETP Copper, oxygen-free copper, galvanized steel and mild steel and is widely used in the automotive industry. Available in wire and welding rods. Copper Nickel: CDA 702, 705, 707, 725 Copper nickel alloys are great corrosion resisters, are good for bending, forming and welding. These are ideal for applications in contact with salt water. Available in wire and flat wire. Nickel Silvers (Lead Free): CDA 745, 752, 757, 760, 773 Shiny silvery metal mostly used for forming applications, valves and fittings. Available in wire. EDM Electrical discharge machining – CDA 274 We provide a lineup of advanced products to satisfy the requirements of EDM. • Manufactured with a precision of wire diameter tolerance of +0 /-0.002 mm with no faws or irregularities. Copper Iron: CDA 19210, 197 These are high tempered alloys with fairly good conductivity for use when high amperage and strength are required. Available in Wire. • Annealing technology assures a stable tensile strength, prevending wire breakage. Brass (Lead free): CDA 210 up to CDA 280 We make a full range of brass wires series 200 according to ASTM B134 and international specifications. We offer materials according to customer demand for size, quality, temper, and packaging. Available in wire, flat wire, bar. Packaging Reels, carriers, coils; material and size according to demand. Available in recycled materials. Contact Bronze: CDA 425 This alloy offers better formability and corrosion resistance than copper Iron as well as good conductivity and temper; making it ideal for production of electrical springs, connectors and terminals. Available in wire. Naval Brass: CDA 464 This alloy’s properties are ideal for high speed machining, welding, threading and is corrosion resistant. Ideal for, locks, fasteners, plumbing components, hydraulic components and pneumatic components. Available in wire and bar. Manganese Brass (Nickel Free): CDA 669 These alloys are environmentally friendly alternatives to Copper Nickel. Available in wire. • Superior straightness most suitable for automatic threading. • High purity brass Cobre Magnesio: CDA 18661 Fabricamos aleación de cobre-magnesio que es una alternativa amigable al medioambiente y que reemplaza al cobre-cadmio. Nuestra variedad considera la composición química, dimensiones, calidad y temple permitiendo a nuestros clientes producir cables & alambres “trolley”, conductores, pines semiconductores y más. Disponible en alambre y cable desnudo. Bronce Fosforoso: CDA 501, 505, 507, 509, 510, 511, 519, and 521 La aleación de cobre que tiene mayor diversidad de aplicaciones por su gran fuerza y excelente resistencia a la corrosión y a la fatiga. Combinada con una buena conductividad, esta aleación es utilizada para distintos dispositivos eléctricos. Su composición química es acorde a la norma ASTM B159. Disponible en alambre. Cobre desoxigenado: CDA 189 Este alambre de soldadura de alta calidad permite soldar el cobre libre de oxígeno, acero galvanizado, y acero dulce dejando una costura altamente conductiva, no porosa, y cobriza que se utiliza ampliamente en la industria automotriz. Disponible en alambre y varillas. Bronce Silicio: CDA 651, 653, 655, 656 Más resistente a la corrosión y más fuerte que el latón. Usada en circuitos eléctricos, llaves de paso, válvulas y equipos de procesos de control. Disponible en alambre. Cobre Hierro: CDA 19210, 197 Éstas son aleaciones de temple muy duro y de buena conductividad para usos que requieren alto amperaje y resistencia mecánica. Disponible en alambre. Latón (Libre de plomo): CDA 210 a CDA 280 Fabricamos un completo rango de alambres de latón de la Serie 200, acorde a la norma ASTM B134 y especificaciones internacionales. Ofrecemos materiales acordes a la demanda del cliente: tamaño, calidad, temple y empaque. Bronce de Contacto: CDA 425 Esta aleación se deja trabajar mejor que el cobre hierro y es más resistente a la corrosión manteniendo temple y conductividad. Haciéndola ideal para la fabricación de resortes eléctricos, conectores y terminales. Disponible en alambre. Cobre Níquel: CDA 702, 705, 707, 725 Las aleaciones de cobre níquel son resistentes a la corrosión y son buenas para el doblado, forjado, y soldado. Éstas son ideales para aplicaciones en contacto con agua salada. Disponible en alambre y fleje. Alpaca (Libre de plomo): CDA 745, 752, 757, 760, 773 Es un metal brillante y plateado utilizado en aplicaciones de forjado utilizado para válvulas y piezas de grifería. Disponible en alambre.
