The total of 10 members of the psychological care team conducted the 2nd assessment survey, interviewed 64 persons.

Mr. Hisamatsu, General Manager and Ms. Asai, Coordinator of Sign Interpreting, visited Regional Headquarters of Iwate and Miyagi and the devastated area, negotiated with the prefectural government of Iwate and Miyagi, and talked about the future.
