These powerful Kubotas are among the larger
tractors in our range and are ideal for landscaping,
small farming and other agricultural applications.
With 16 speed transmissions and creeper gears
as a standard kit, the 02 Series are excellent
workhorses and can handle a full range of
implements including Box Scrapers, Backhoes,
Flail Mowers, Bale Spikes (rear), Rotary Hoes and
Stick Rakes. Kubota 02s are ideally suited for use
with TPL Backhoes.
The 02 Series has all the standard Kubota features,
including semi-platform chassis, CAT 1 TPL,
standard PTO, differential lock, split brakes and
purpose-built 4-in-1 Front End Loader.
02 Series tractors have a 3 or 4 cylinder diesel
engine which has forged a reputation for reliability
and strength. The steel cased 16 speed gearbox is
best described as bullet proof. Covering the 22–46
horsepower range, they are well powered for their
size.
The compact and efficient nature of the 4-in-1
Front End Loader on a compact Kubota is ideal
for applications such as golf courses, stud farms
and small scale operations from schools to public
property managers. Well positioned controls,
a broad steel bucket, powerful hydraulics and
a superior finish means your Front End Loader
is easy to use and offers longevity in design and
manufacturing.

The remanufacturing process
Many people think our remanufactured Kubotas are
new. They are not new tractors, but Kubota tractors
that have been rebuilt to a fixed specification. Sota
sells used, Japanese domestic Kubotas which have
typically done less than 1000 hours work. We fully
support all of the tractors we sell.
A Sota remanufactured Kubota tractor is dismantled
down to the transmission, and then key components of
the engine, brakes, running gear etc are reconditioned
or replaced as required. The tractor is then rebuilt.

rollover protective structures
Sota Tractors is the Australian Distributor for
Hercules Rollover Protective Structures (Hercules
ROPS), one of the premium ROPS brands in the
world. All Hercules ROPS are fully tested and
certified to comply with ISO 5700 and AS 1636.
ROPS are life saving devices that prevent tractor
operators from being crushed if a tractor rolls
over. ROPS are mandatory on all tractors under
Australian law.
