Now with an even wider lineup, the new BX-Series tractors are the perfect size
to take on any job around the house, garden or yard.
From the easy-to-handle BX18
the Kubota BX-Series empo w
Powerful, versatile, comfortable and compact. These are the hallmarks of the Kubota
BX-Series, and they’re why customers praise these models year after year. Whether
you’re just mowing your lawn or performing heavy-duty landscaping, the new
BX-Series tractors are up for the task. The BX’s 3-cylinder diesel engine provides
better fuel economy and more torque than typical gas-driven engines, giving you the
efficiency and power you require for jobs like digging, hauling or plowing. And, its
hydrostatic power steering gives you the control you need for all those tasks. Lastly,
the BX’s slanted hood and rounded design offer improved visibility for the operator
and a smart look you’ll be proud to show off in your garden or yard.

KUBOTA DIESEL TRACTOR
BX1860/BX2360/BX2660/BX25
The versatility to tackle
a range of projects—the
power to take them on
confidently.
With the BX-Series’ powerful and efficient 3-cylinder
diesel engine, the sky’s the limit when it comes to yard
and garden projects. But it doesn’t end there. The BX’s
4WD also makes sure you have the traction to haul, climb
and escape the occasional rut. Its 3-point hitch allows
you to attach the rear implements you need, and the front
control valve makes attaching front implements a snap.
DIESEL VS. GASOLINE
The Kubota diesel engines

several very important
advantages over

MAINTENANCE
difference is torque. Diesel
esel
engines offer greater torque,
rque,
which gives the Kubota BX far more
power when mowing, hauling, using the front
loader and more. Diesel engines are also
less likely to slow down or stall when pushed
VERSATILE CATEGORY I
3-POINT HITCH
Put your BX-Series to work with its Category I
3-point hitch. This sturdy, hydraulically
controlled hitch allows you to attach a wide
array of rear implements.
(Optional on the BX25)
QUARTER-INCHING VALVE
With increments of ¼” at the lower link end,
our quarter inching valve provides easier
implement control. The lever guide’s regulator
allows smaller adjustments, which are often
required when attaching/detaching 3-point
mounted implements or when performing
sensitive jobs.
BRIGHT HALOGEN HEADLIGHTS
POWERFUL KUBOTA DIESEL ENGINE
BX-Series tractors are equipped with 18 and 23 HP diesel engines
(BX1860 and BX2360/BX25 respectively), as well as a new 25.5
HP diesel engine (BX2660). These 3-cylinder workhorses offer
unparalleled power for tractors this size, and more than enough
muscle for all your gardening and mowing duties.
The halogen headlights of the BX offer a
clear bright light at dawn, dusk or dark of
night. Furthermore, their casing and style
have been designed to give the tractor a
sleeker look.

to their limits, allowing you to work longer and more
efficiently. Diesel engines also boast far lower fuel
consumption than gasoline engines—typically using
20% to 30% less fuel. Lastly, diesel engines typically
require far less maintenance, and don’t require the
fuel to be replaced even after long-term storage.

FRONT IMPLEMENT
4-POSITION CONTROL VALVE
Our standard front 4-position valve (tractor can
also be ordered without valve) provides you with
the ability to attach the front loader and other
front-mounted implements quickly and easily.
Furthermore, the valve does not get in the way
and gives the tractor a clean and sleek look.
REVERSE AIR FLOW
The BX-Series radiato
radiator is positioned
in the middle of the tr
tractor rather than
the front. So, airflow is taken in from
the
th
e operator
op
area and pushed towards
the fron
front
nt of the hood. This reduces
overheating,

ing, prevents grass from
getting
g in the radiator grill and helps
the operator
op
perator stay coo
cooler.
A tractor designed as
much for comfort and
ergonomics as for power
and utility.
METAL HOOD / FENDERS
SPACIOUS OPERATOR AREA
A
The pedal layout on BX-Series tractors
ors
helps aid operator comfort. The forward
ward
and reverse HST pedals are split and
d
the differential lock is located on the left
side of the operator platform. This design
esign
provides a larger deck area, which offers
more foot room, eliminating the cramped
mped
feeling of most other tractors in this class.
COMPACT BODY
Though significantly more powerful, the BX-Series tractors are
similar in body length to that of a standard garden tractor. This
makes the BX easy to drive, and gives you smooth operation
even in tight spaces. Despite their compact stature, BX-Series
tractors are surprisingly roomy and comfortable.
DELUXE HIGH-BACK SEAT AND
HIGH-BACK RECLINING SEAT
HAND RAIL
Your high-back seat,
standard on the BX1860/
BX2360/BX25, provides you
with soft cushioning and
superior thigh support for
exceptional comfort during
operation. The seat of the
BX2660 takes comfort a
step further, with a luxurious
reclining feature that can be
adjusted to your
natural posture.

CUP HOLDER
2-PEDAL HST OPERATION
When frequent changes
in speed and direction are
needed, HST responds with
its smooth operating forward
and reverse pedals, leaving
your hands free for steering
and implement control.
HYDROSTATIC POWER
STEERING
A standard feature on all
BX-Series tractors, power
steering makes steering
practically effortless, thus
reducing stress and fatigue.
CRUISE CONTROL
For carefree mowing of large
spaces, set the BX-Series’
cruise control to maintain
a constant speed without
keeping your foot on the
forward pedal. (Optional on the
BX1860)
EASY-READ INSTRUMENT PANEL AND LIGHT SWITCH
A clear and simple instrument panel, with a digital
tachometer, makes it easy to read all vital tractor functions.
The light switch and hazards are also combined to one
switch for easy operability.
DIGITAL TACHOMETER
The BX-Series tractors feature
a digital tachometer that offers
operators precise monitoring
of engine revolutions,
especially when operating
the PTO. When the engine
is off, the digital tachometer
displays the hour meter.

Choose between two mower
deck types to match your
desired cut and finish.
FINE CUT DECK
For finer cutting jobs and more beautiful end
results, the Fine Cut Deck is exactly what you’re
looking for. Kubota’s baffle structure allows the
grass to be cut more finely, giving you a more
professional finish. Our Fine Cut Deck also
offers excellent performance with our optional
mulching kit.
Bring professional functionality
to your BX with this rugged and
sleek front loader.
H-SHAPED STAND FOR EASY
ATTACH/DETACH
The BX front loader has an H-shaped stand,
which makes it easy to attach and detach.
This design also provides better protection
for hoses when the loader is folded.

MOWING-HEIGHT
ADJUSTMENT DIAL
A simple twist of the dial adjusts
the mower height in ¼” increments
to your desired cutting level.
DURABLE SHAFT DRIVE
The BX-Series’ shaft drive delivers
power smoothly from the mid-PTO
to the mid-mount mower. Unlike
belt drives, there is no slippage and
maintenance is minimal.
STANDARD DECK
This 3-blade mower offers a wide cutting
area, allowing you to cut more grass in
a single pass. Choose a 48”/54” deck
for the BX1860 or a 54”/60” deck for the
BX2360/BX2660/BX25.

HIGH CLEARANCE
EASY ATTACH/DETACH
The high clearance of BX-Series
tractors makes it easier to travel
and mow over uneven ground
or over raised obstacles such
as curbs. All BX models offer a
clearance of 6 inches.
Implements such as the loader
or mower can be attached and
detached quickly and easily—
saving you time and effort.
ROUNDED BOOM
The BX’s rounded boom perfectly complements
the overall tractor design. But its benefits don’t
end there. It also offers greater visibility.
FRONT GUARD
(OPTION)
HOSE PROTECTION
The loader hoses are tucked
inside the boom for greater
protection and better visibility.
Loader. Mower. Backhoe.
And all of them driven
by BX-Series quality and
durability. What more can
you ask for?
The BX25 has been designed exclusively for the easy
attachment of a loader, backhoe, mowers and other
implements, making it one of the most versatile tractors in
its class. With a specially reinforced frame, and high power
diesel engine, the BX25 also offers the durability, stability
and strength needed for heavy-duty work.
BX25
FRONT LOADER + MOWER
OWER
Unlike many other tractors, the BX25 allows
you to use it with both the mower and front
loader attached. Switch from
m mowing,
to lifting, to hauling and back
ck to mowing
easily and quickly—and without
hout ever
leaving your seat.
FRONT IMPLEMENT
4-POSITION CONTROL VALVE
Our standard front 4-position valve provides you with
the ability to quickly and easily attach the front loader
and other front-mounted implements. Furthermore,
the valve does not get in the way and gives the
tractor a clean and sleek look.
FRONT GUARD
REVERSIBLE SEAT
FOLDABLE ROPS
A sturdy and distinctive front grill
guard protects the front end, which
has been rounded to match the
tractor’s modern design.
Switching from loader use to
backhoe use is as simple as lift and
spin. The BX25’s seat easily shifts
forward and back.
A foldable, quick-adjust Rollover
Protective Structure comes standard
on the BX25. Fold it from 180° to 90°
without tools—perfect for passing
under areas with height constraints.
(Note: Kubota recommends that the ROPS be in the
up position during most operations.)
A backhoe that’s tough on
jobs, but not tough to use.
The BX25’s backhoe is a high-performance
excavation tool. It boasts a 20° angle of departure,
superior protection for the hydraulic hoses, a
curved boom, ample legroom, an easy attach/
detach system and wide sightlines. Add this to the
backhoe’s proven reliability and rugged durability,
and you have a tool perfect for your everyday tasks
as well as your toughest tasks.
CURVED BOOM
The curved boom of the BX25 offers
ers
some real advantages. Its arched
design allows you to dig deeper,
keeping the boom out of the way of the
edges of the excavation area. It also
so
increases the lifting height.
WIDE VIEW
The BX25’s design offers you greater
visibility by tucking the hydraulic hoses
inside the backhoe boom.
EASY IMPLEMENT ATTAC
ATTACH/DETACH
The compact backhoe is equipp
equipped with a no-tools-required, 4-point
attach/detach mounting system. This makes attaching or detaching the
backhoe and front loader, as we
well as many other implements, a snap.
20°
20° ANGLE OF DEPARTURE
LEVERS
The BX25’s 20° angle of departure makes
it easier to load the tractor onto trailers
without removing the backhoe and it
allows you to ascend steeper inclines.
The BX25 comes with a lever boot on
the bottom part of the lever. This offers
increased durability and smoother
operation.
PROTECTED HOSES
MORE LEGROOM
The hydraulic hoses are tucked inside the
backhoe boom. This helps to increase the
longevity of the hoses by protecting them
from damage and the elements.
The operator’s step in front of the backhoe
offers a more accommodating leg and
foot area.
A wide array of
implements allows you to
tackle almost any project
with the BX-Series.
Scrape, plow, till, dig, haul, mow—you name it and the
BX-Series tractor probably has a front or rear-mount
implement perfect for your project. Best of all, all BX-Series
implements attach and detach quickly, giving you the ability
to efficiently switch from one job to the next.
