REWARDS CATALOGUE
Definitions
Company means an entity that elects to conduct a Rewards and Recognition
Program and sponsors Individuals or Members into the Alphaline Auto Rewards
program.
Branch means a sub-division of a Company that is conducting a Rewards
Program.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
2. When a Company joins Alphaline Auto Rewards, it determines which
Individuals or Members are eligible to participate in its program and provides
details to Alphaline Auto Administration.
3. Eligible Individuals or Members can then join Alphaline Auto Rewards through
the Company’s designated Alphaline Auto Rewards web site in accordance with
the Company’s policy.
13. Reward Points will normally be added to Individual or Member accounts on a
periodic basis. The Company will decide the frequency of input.

directly with the manufacturer of the Reward should a warranty issue arise.
14. Reward Points will be input to Individual or Member accounts by the Company
and will be available for use on the same working day. Individuals or Members

28. The time taken to deliver a Reward will vary. Alphaline Auto shall not be liable
for any delay in delivery of a Reward item.
15. Reward Points may not be redeemed until they have been added to a specific
account and confirmed by the Company.
4. Individuals or Members must provide all information requested on the web
site on joining and notify Alphaline Auto Rewards immediately of any change
to that information via the self update of the Member Details section. Updates
to Individuals or Members information can be made through the Individuals or
Members sections of the web page.
16. Accrued Reward Points do not constitute the property of an Individual or
Member. Reward Points cannot be transferred to any other person or entity.
30. Where a Reward takes the form of travel, Government taxes or airline
surcharges may not be included and will have to be paid for by the recipient
should it be required.
5. The Company can remove individuals or Members from the program at any
time, without notice.
17. Points awarded in connection with another loyalty program cannot be
transferred to Alphaline Auto Rewards and vice versa.
General
Rewards and Recognition Program means a program established to enable
Individuals or Members to accrue Reward Points for achieving predetermined
targets and to redeem these points for physical rewards or vouchers.
6. By entering their details and participating in the Alphaline Auto Rewards
program, a Company, Branch, Individual or Member agrees to be bound by the
Alphaline Auto Rewards Conditions of Use.
18. Reward Points that remain unused after the Expiry Date of a Campaign will be
deducted from the points balance appearing on an Individual or Member account.
31. Alphaline Auto is not responsible for Rewards received under a Rewards
Program, any death or injury, loss or consequential loss or damage from a
Reward or the loss, theft or destruction of a Reward or a Reward voucher.
Reward means an item listed in the online Alphaline Auto Rewards catalogue that
can be obtained through redemption of Reward Points.
Security
Member means a person that may not be directly employed by the Company
but is participating in a Rewards and Recognition Program for the purposes of
accruing and redeeming Reward Points.
Individual means a person who is participating in a Rewards and Recognition
Program in his or her own right for the purposes of accruing and redeeming
Reward Points.
Campaign means a specific Rewards and Recognition Program that has a
designated Expiry Date.
Expiry Date means the date determining for a particular Rewards and Recognition
Program to end. After that date, Reward Points can no longer be accrued or
redeemed.
Login ID means the unique number or email address that is issued to all parties
associated with a Rewards and Recognition Program.
7. Login IDs and Passwords will be issued for all levels of access to a Alphaline
Auto Rewards program, for Company, Branch, Member and Individual.
8. Each time a person attempts to gain access to his or her area of the Alphaline
Auto Rewards web site, they will be asked to key in their Login ID and Password.
If the Login ID or Password is not correct, then access will be denied.
9. Alphaline Auto Rewards is entitled to act on instructions from an Individual or
Member, or someone purporting to be that Individual or Member, if the Login ID
and Password are correct.
19. It is the responsibility of the Individual or Member to regularly check to ensure
that Rewards Points have been correctly credited or deducted from their account.
Redemption of Rewards
20. Rewards Points can be redeemed by Individuals or Members for a wide range
of Reward items as listed in the online Catalogue section of their Company’s
Alphaline Auto Rewards web site at the time of redemption.
21. At the time of redemption, Individuals or Members must have sufficient Reward
Points in their account to cover the listed Reward Point value of the item they wish
to redeem otherwise the individual or Member will be unable to purchase the item.
22. Reward Point value of online Catalogue items may change without notice.
Password means the secret word that is established by each Company, Branch,
Member or Individual and which is required for each access to the Alphaline Auto
Rewards system.
Rewards Catalogue means the range of reward items selected for a particular
Rewards and Recognition Program and featured on the website.
Rewards Provider means a supplier of a Reward item listed in the online Rewards
Catalogue.
Eligibility
1. Any Company or entity is entitled to conduct a Alphaline Auto Rewards and
Recognition Program following payment of specified fees and the signing of the
license agreement.

29. Where a Reward takes the form of a voucher or Gift Card, it must be used
before the expiry date. Alphaline Auto is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers
or Gift Cards.
10. Login IDs and Passwords should not be divulged to anyone, composed from
information that could be guessed by anyone, or recorded anywhere in a format
that can be deciphered. Alphaline Auto will not be held responsible for transactions
that have taken place without the authority of the Individual or Member, where the
correct Login ID and Password have been used.
11. If an Individual or Member suspects that a third party has become aware of
their Login ID and Password, they should change their password immediately.
Changes to Passwords can be made through the relevant area of the Member or
Individual sections of the web site.
Accrual of Points
12. Reward Points will be awarded in accordance with criteria determined by the
Company sponsoring the Reward and Recognition Program. It is the responsibility
of the Company to publicise this information.
23. Redeemed Reward Points will be deducted from the nominated account at
the time of request for redemption.
24. When Alphaline Auto has processed a request for points to be redeemed,
the request cannot be amended or withdrawn or exchanged for another Reward
unless Alphaline Auto agrees.
25. Alphaline Auto is not responsible or liable for any reduction or redemption of
Reward Points where the reduction or redemption is not authorised.
32. Any dispute concerning goods or services received as a Reward item shall be
settled between the Individual or Member concerned and the Rewards Provider
who supplied the goods or services. Alphaline Auto will bear no responsibility for
resolving such disputes or for the dispute itself.
33. Companies, Branches, Members and Individuals are responsible for any
taxation liability (including GST) or other government charges or reporting
requirements arising from membership of an Alphaline Auto Rewards program
or redemption of points for rewards. Alphaline Auto does not offer any advice or
accept any responsibility with respect to these matters.
34. Alphaline Auto reserves the right to change these Conditions of Use at any
time.
35. Failure to enforce a particular Condition of Use does not constitute a waiver of
that term or condition by Alphaline Auto Rewards.
36. Alphaline Auto may exercise any right, power or remedy in this document at
its discretion and separately or concurrently with any other right, power or remedy

and an email address.
26. All Reward items are subject to availability and changes imposed by Alphaline
Auto or a Rewards Provider, even though such changes may affect points already
earned or the points needed to claim a Reward item.
27. Alphaline Auto is not liable if a Member or Individual is not notified of a new,
