The Local Agricultural Association, the Marine Industry Association, the Fishery Association, and the Industrial Union are to present the application to the Minister of Finance, through the Local Division of the Regional Financial Bureau under whose jurisdiction each of them stands (in those areas where there is no Local Division of the Regional Financial Bureau established, through the Regional Financial Bureau). 2.
