Pigtronix Echolution 2 represents a unique marriage of
analog tone shaping and DSP processing designed to
deliver the ultimate delay pedal experience. Echolution 2
achieves the ambient richness of the finest tape echo units
by using 100% analog Class-A, discrete transistor limiters
as well as non-linear tape emulator stages and filters to
massage the audio coming through the delay line. Fully
capable of handling instrument and line level sound sources,
the Echolution 2 delivers low noise, high headroom delay
processing with any amp, mixer or DAW rig.
Echolution 2 uses a 24-bit, variable clock, multi-tap delay
line where both the read and write heads are simultaneously
modulated by a multi-waveform LFO. Manually changing
the delay time results in the smooth pitch bending that is
expected in an analog delay system, but with a unique twist
that allows drastic delay time changes to create musically
related, octave intervals. The resulting echoes are then
processed through an array of filters and special effects
which can be manipulated via assignable expression pedal
routing as well as envelope control for each knob. Every
feature and algorithm on the E2 can be run simultaneously,
in any combination, and all functions of the Echolution 2
are MIDI controllable.
Accessing and navigating the vast palette of sounds
available within the Echolution 2 is easy. Since the pedal
is completely programmable, any sound that has been
designed using the Echolution 2 or Echolution 2 Deluxe
pedal can be saved to the unit itself and exported for
sharing with friends and other musicians.

A Deeper Look
Analog I/O: Echolution 2 features stereo inputs and
outputs, sporting an all analog dry signal path along with
extensive analog tone shaping and filtering before and
after the 24-bit, variable-clock digital delay line. Rather than
try to mimic the sound of analog delays, the Echolution 2
uses real analog filters and non-linear saturation stages to
achieve its signature sound with a smaller footprint, higher
fidelity and far greater functionality than its predecessors.
Delay Line: Available delay time goes from 10ms up to
12 seconds instantly settable via knob, tap tempo or MIDI.
Changing the delay time manually results in the smooth
pitch change of the analog delay units with a unique twist
to allow octave up and down jumping. The delay line can
also be turned off, to allow for the advanced modulation,
pitch shifting and filter capabilities to be used as standalone effects.
Multi-Taps: The multi-tap capabilities of the Echolution 2
allow for the use of one or two discreet delays which can
be assigned to musical subdivisions of the master delay
time. Multi-tap selections include 1, 3/4, 2/3, 1/2, and
PHI (the golden ratio). One or any combination of two taps
can be selected, allowing for instant access to all of the
most crucial musical echo patterns as well as a wide range
of unconventional polyrhythms.
LFO Modulation: The modulation section of the Echolution
2 features true sample rate modulation where both the read
and write heads of the delay line are affected by one of four
different LFO waveforms (Sine, Square, Saw or Sample and
Hold). Each of these LFO waveforms can also be quantized
with a STEP mode and will run freely or sync to either tap
tempo and MIDI with a variable speed ratio from 1:8 to 8:1.
Filters: The Echolution 2 sports four all new filter modes (Low
Pass, Tape, Comb and Sweep). Each of the first three modes
can be combined with the SWEEP filter which is modulated
by the LFO as described above. Any of these filter settings
can then be run through a unique Pigtronix BIT CRUSHER
destruction filter within the delay line as well.
Expression/Envelope: Every knob on the Echolution 2
can be mapped to the expression pedal. Using the included
software, multiple functions can be mapped to expression
with adjustable range for each parameter. Additionally, an
envelope follower within the pedal can also be mapped to
any parameter, with user definable sensitivity and release
time for each function.
MIDI: MIDI IN provides instant preset change, Tap Tempo
and LFO synchronization with an external source as well as
remote control over every function of the Echolution 2. MIDI
OUT allows for tap tempo control over the Pigtronix Infinity
Looper and other MIDI capable devices.

Echolution 2 ships with 60 custom presets contained in 6 banks of
10, all of which can be edited in real time via the front panel and
saved to the machine. Hands free Preset selection is accomplished
by holding down the onboard TAP switch, using an external remote
footswitch or via MIDI preset change command. The included PC/
MAC application allows even deeper real time editing as well
as the ability to import artist presets and share your own custom
presets online.

Pigtronix Infinity is the world’s most musical looping pedal.
Simple to operate, yet tremendously powerful and flexible, the
Infinity Looper from Pigtronix sets a new world standard for
latency-free looping. Our state-oWf-the-art looping platform
provides instantaneous record, playback, dub, undo and
redo, on two stereo loop pairs that can be configured in
several ways. On top of superior speed and a unique,
performance friendly feature set, Infinity Looper sounds
downright incredible thanks to its discreet analog limiter
stages, transparent analog pass-through and 24bit/48kHz
HD recording engine.
Infinity’s innovative “SYNC MULTI” mode provides a multiplier
function allowing the length of Loop 2 to be 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6
times the length of Loop 1. The two loops can also be run out
of sync or even in SERIES, for verse/chorus song structures.
Ninja style input split mode assigns Input 1 to Loop 1 and
Input 2 to Loop 2, effectively allowing performers to record
and overdub separate instruments on separate loops, into
isolated amps simultaneously.
The Pigtronix Infinity also provides a long awaited AUX Loop
output intended to send looped audio to stage monitors.
This is especially helpful for drummers to hear and stay
in time. An expression pedal jack for Loop Volume allows
hands free control of the overall audio output. We thought
of everything and kept only the F.A.T.
Midi input for beat clock sync causes loop start and stop
points to obey Echolution 2 or any DAW/Sequencer.
USB access allows you to transfer music using ta PC or MAC
at full 24bit, 48kHz resolution for further mixing, mastering
or immediate publication.

UNDO / REDO REVERSE & MORE
Pigtronix Infinity Looper Remote Switch is a dual momentary switch
designed to compliment the Infinity Looper pedal. Unleashing
the full potential of the Pigtronix Infinity Looper, this compact
remote switch provides access to UNDO/REDO and REVERSE
functionality as well as a few other hidden features.
UNDO/REDO: When an overdub is in the process of being
recorded (Loop LED is orange), pressing the UNDO switch will
cause the Infinity to permanently erase that overdub at the end of
the current loop cycle. Any material from previous overdubs that
has already been merged with the initial recording will not be
undone. When an overdub has been recorded and closed (Loop
LED is green), pressing the UNDO switch will remove that overdub
instantly and retains the overdub for REDO if desired. Any material
from previous overdubs that has already been merged with the
initial recording will not be undone.
Reverse:
• Pressing the REVERSE button means that REVERSE
playback will be started at the beginning of the next loop cycle.
Pressing REVERSE also works during the initial record of a loop.
• Once you are in REVERSE playback, pressing the REVERSE
button means that playback will go forwards at the beginning
of the next loop cycle.
• Once you are in REVERSE playback, you can use the UNDO
switch to flip flop back and forth between forwards and reverse
versions of the same layer instantly.
• Hitting REVERSE and then UNDO before the end of the loop
cycle will cancel the REVERSE command.
Rec –> Overdub –> Play: -In response to numerous customer
requests, we have implemented a feature that allows you to go
?
directly
from recording the base layer, straight into overdub mode.
Once you have started the base layer recording, simply press the
UNDO switch to close your initial loop and go straight into playback
with overdub active. Press the appropriate Loop footswitch as you
normally would to close the overdub when desired and begin
regular playback.
Instant Clear: When one or both loops are stopped, hitting UNDO
will trigger an instant erase of the currently armed loop. This lets
you simply leave the unit in ALL mode and retain the option to clear
individual loops by pressing the UNDO switch after the desired
loop has been stopped.

Pigtronix Philosopher’s Rock is a streamlined version of our
award-winning Philosopher’s Tone pedal. The Philosopher’s
Rock features Pigtronix’s unique optical circuit that provides
transparent compression with endless clean sustain. This
all analog, state-of-the-art dynamics processor is further
augmented by a harmonic germanium distortion that can
be added via toggle switch for even more over-the-top
tones that will instantly melt faces when engaged.
Although the Philosopher’s Rock has fewer controls, it
sports a 4x wider range of compression than its more
knobby siblings. This allows the Philosopher’s Rock to
be used as a more subtle, clean compressor as well as
a super squashy sustain machine when maxed out. The

signal as well as to create natural acoustic feedback

Pigtronix Bass Station is an all analog tone hub for the
gigging and recording bassist. Independent compressor
and booster circuits provide several forms of bass tone
enhancement along with a true bypass effects loop and
XLR DI output in parallel with the main ¼” output. The
on-board FX loop is placed between the compressor and
booster sections, making this incredibly flexible pedal an
ideal centerpiece for the working bassist’s sound.
Compressor: The compressor in the Bass Station is based
on our acclaimed Philosopher Bass Compressor pedal. The
BLEND control found in this circuit allows you to mix clean
tone in parallel with the compressed sound in order to restore
natural string attack and overall transparency. The SUSTAIN
control sets the compressor’s threshold. This wide range knob
is VERY powerful imparting everything from subtle optical
limiting at lower settings to outrageous amounts of squash
and sustain at higher settings. The VOLUME control sets the
overall output level of the compression section while the GRIT
switch mixes in a layer of harmonic grind inspired by Jack
Bruce’s tone with Cream.
Effects Loop (Send/Return): The SEND and RETURN
jacks will allow you to patch any other effect(s) in between
?the Compressor and Booster sections of this device. Simply
connect the SEND jack to the input of the effect you are
looking to insert and connect the output of the effect to the
RETURN jack. The left footswitch allows you to being the
external effects in and out and true bypass switching ensures
total transparency when the loop is turned off.
XLR DI output: The XLR output is wired in parallel with the
main output to provide a DI signal for front of house mixing
or tracking in the studio. Like the master ¼” output, the DI
signal will contain the combination of Compressor, FX Loop
and Boost sections you have activated at any given time.
Wrap Up: The unique feature set of the Pigtronix Bass Station
enables this pedal to serve as both the front end and master
output section for your bass sound. Use it as a standalone
tone enhancer, or combine it with other pedals placed in the
FX loop for an unlimited array of sonic possibilities that can
be switched in and out on the fly.
Booster: The BOOST control sets the overall boost level.
Turning the knob clockwise will increase the available clean
boost up to 12db. This circuit provides transparent signal
level boost that is activated by the center footswitch. We
have chosen an overall maximum of 12db in order to allow
precision control of exactly how much level boost you want
throughout the entire range of the knob.

Since the inception of Pigtronix in 2004, our Envelope
Phaser pedal has been celebrated by bass players as
one of the most expressive, corpulent and downright
funky pedals of all time. With the introduction of the Bass
Envelope Phaser, Pigtronix has responded to customer
feedback by creating a small size, dedicated envelope
pedal that is tuned especially for bassists. This no nonsense,
straight ahead design is guaranteed to blow the doors
off any other envelope pedal on the planet with its earth
shaking low end and unique, vowel like articulation in
the mid and high frequency ranges.
Included in this design is the Pigtronix staccato envelope
circuit, which auto closes the envelope between notes, for
un-matched articulation of high speed finger techniques
and slap bass. Running on a stout, 18-volt power supply,
the Bass Envelope Phaser has all the headroom you need
to deal with active bass pickups and onboard preamps. A
simple control layout of SENSITIVITY and RESONANCE

Building on the breakout success of the Pigtronix FAT Drive,
we are proud to introduce the Bass FAT Drive. Fine-tuned
for low end muscle and grind, the Bass FAT Drive slams
your amp with all analog, tube emulated overdrive that
ranges from soft and warm to ripping high gain apocalyptic
thunder. Used in front of a DI or solid state amp, the Bass
FAT Drive adds a round, organic depth to your bass tone.
The Bass Fat Drive leverages Pigtronix CMOS clipping
concept to sculpt a larger than life sound that breaks up
based on how hard you hit the strings. Turning the tone
control all the way clockwise takes our bass specific low
pass filter completely out of the circuit for total transparency
and robust low end. Rolling the tone control back attenuates
only the top end, leaving midrange and bottom end

Pigtronix Rototron is an all analog rotary speaker effect
that combines frequency modulation, phase shifting,
tremolo, bucket brigade-based chorusing and a threeway Linkwitz–Riley crossover all meticulously voiced to
achieve unsurpassed, three-dimensional rotary realism
in a compact, easy to use pedal. Many companies have
attempted to create convincing rotary speaker simulators
using various electronic techniques. The obscure, Germanmade Dynacord CLS–222 rack unit (famously used by
Pink Floyd’s David Gilmour on the Division Bell tour) has
been the closest anyone ever came to sounding like the
“real thing” ... until now.
Designed by Howard Davis and David Koltai, the Pigtronix
Rototron accurately recreates the complex acoustic
phenomenon of the legendary dual rotor 122 and 147
cabinets as used by Peter Frampton, Danny Gatton, the
Beatles and many more. The analog design approach
used within the Rototron sounds warmer, fatter and feels
far more realistic than the digital rotary effects currently
available from other companies. Line-level headroom and
full stereo input and output options make the Rototron
ideally suited to keyboardists as well as guitarists who
use a stereo setup live or in studio.

Tremvelope puts a new spin on a classic effect. This tremolo
pedal allows the dynamics of your playing to change the
speed and depth of the effect. The result brings traditional
sound to a whole new level that is intuitive, engaging and
totally addictive.
Tremvelope is a versatile, high fidelity optical tremolo with
stereo panning outputs. The Tremvelope’s fat sounding audio
path is modulated by SPEED, DEPTH and WAVEFORM
controls. When the envelope is switched on, the tremolo
effect is influenced by what you play. The SPEED and DEPTH
knobs can each be assigned to increase or decrease in
response to the strength of the signal coming from your
instrument. These changes start from where the knobs are
set and independently move in the assigned direction.
The ACCELERATION switch adjusts the response time of the
tremolo to changes in your playing and the SENSITIVITY
knob provides control over the amount of increase it takes
to create changes in the tremolo settings. Expression pedal
inputs for speed, and vol / pan add external foot control
to this animated beast of a pedal. There is also a TRIGGER
input for running the Tremvelope late in an effects chain but
still allowing your clean signal (or even a different instrument

sweeping through the harmonics of any musical source,
the motion of this revolutionary phase shifter can be
controlled by Envelope, LFO or a blend of both.
Envelope Phaser makes it easy to dial in monster envelope

The Staccato circuit enables an “intelligent envelope”

Pigtronix FAT Drive is thick and juicy, dripping with touch
