In Dortmund we say tolerantly „Borussia verbindet!“,
which means that the club unites all different people,
opinions, generation and colours. This sentence quite
exactly describes the fan scene of Borussia Dortmund.
Traditionaly on our huge south-stand we say: „There
are the Unemployed next to the Bank-Manager and
they‘re singing and crying together and all of them
love Borussia.“ It‘s the place, where family men,
students, children and grandfathers get together in
order to powerfully support their club. Everyone in his
or her own way! Different generations come to watch
the games, get literally grabbed by the verve and
ambience at the stadium. Even more it has become
eminent in recent years to care for the fans according
to their different needs and wants. We know, that the
connections between the club and the fans are getting
more difficult in the last ten years. New Fans with new
opinions, more critticaly. We thought, that every club
has to show them, how important the fans are.
Without fans, football is nothing.

As you can see, how many organisations are involved
in a normal matchday, one of the main roles of the
SLO is to comunicate with most of these organisations
and to bring them together.
Our Job:
organize „Round Table“-Discussions between Fans,

Club, Police and other organisations
a new good hosting model to allow our guests flags

and other stuff to support their team
„normal“ office work, like answering questions of fans

at the telephone, by e-mail etc.
