Sizing Information
Coats & Vests
Dan’s coats are all made in the USA using original American made patterns. Therefore, they are sized a
little BIGGER than imported clothing. Please keep this in mind when ordering a coat.
Chest measurements for coats, shirts & vests.
S (small 34–36) M (medium 38–40) L (Large 42–44)
XL (x–large 46–48) 2XL (2x–large 50–52) 3XL (3x–large 54–56)
Bib Overalls
When ordering bibs, remember you are going to wear them over your stomach; it is recommended
that you order them bigger than your normal waist size, or measure your stomach and add 2” (see
chart below). On your length you want to order the bibs 2” shorter than your normal inseam. You are
wearing them from your shoulders, not your waist.
Bib Sizing Chart
For waist sizes 30”–38”, add 4 inches.
For waist sizes 40”–48”, add 6 inches.
For waist sizes 50”–60”, add 8–10 inches.
Inseam - Order 2 inches shorter than your normal pant inseam.
Pants
Add 2 inches to your regular waist size if you are wearing hunting pants over regular pants. Remember, nylon doesn’t stretch like your jeans. Length - We recommend ordering 2 inches shorter than your
normal inseam. This will keep you from wearing out the hems at the bottom of the pants.
Chaps
Chaps should fit loosely for maximum comfort. To determine your correct size, measure around the
biggest part of your thigh and add 2-3 inches. For the correct length, subtract 2-3 inches from the
normal inseam of your pants.

Snake Protector Chaps
Dan’s has been manufacturing snake protection chaps for many years with excellent results. However,
Dan’s cannot assume liability from injury resulting from the use of this product, as a protection from
snakes. The wearer must assume responsibility for any injury incurred while using this product.

apply. Special orders are processed as soon as possible, but please allow 2-4 weeks for custom tailoring.

Ordered the wrong thing? Dan’s will accept returns and make exchanges as long as the product is new and has

same type of material used in making bullet-proof vests. The Ballistic is
a 1050 x 1050 Denier material, which is the same thickness as the Brush

DAN’S SNAKE PROTECTOR CHAP
Snake protector chaps are made out of the same tough material as the Brush
Buster, but are made with triple layers to give extra protection from snakes.
Comes with adjustable straps. Dan’s cannot assume liability from injury resulting
from the use of this product, as a protection from snakes. (brown)
DAN’S FROGLEGS are constructed using an outer layer of stout material that is
lined with very water repellent nylon to help stop any moisture that gets through
the outer layer, plus they easily turn briars. The nylon goes all the way down to
the lower ankle of the boot , providing the boots , and your legs with protection
from sharp sticks and briars. They are carefully made, then sewn and sealed to the
boots of your choice.
DAN’S FROGLEGS can be attached to your belt using the adjustable straps, or
folded down and snapped at your knees using the snaps in the leggins and the
boots.
To determine the size you need, measure over your jeans around the largest part
of your leg at the upper thigh then add 2”or 3” to that measurement. For the
inseam go 2” to 3” shorter than your normal inseam: We recommend 3” shorter.
If you’re between sizes, most folks choose the short length.
Custom Sizes for Froglegs: For $15.00 extra, we will custom make Dan’s
Froglegs to sizes not listed, with the understanding that they are a custom made,
one-of-a-kind order, and cannot be exchanged. On all custom orders we need
your actual inseam, thigh, and calf measurements.
Our boot sizing recommendations work for most folks, however, because of
higher arches , insteps, wider or narrower feet, our guidelines may not work
for everyone. If you’ve never worn the boots before, we suggest that
you order the boots first to make sure they fit before ordering custom
Froglegs. Please Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
