Attendance certificates will not be available for any delegate substitutions that are made later than this. • Attendance certificates will be issued at the end of each day. Under no circumstances will certificates be issued after the event has closed. • For every payment received, there is a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee up to three weeks before the relevant event.
