CAM has been proud to sponsor the Annual Men’s
Doubles Classic for more than sixty-three years! The 2016
Classic will offer doubles bowling, dinner and prizes.
A yearly average of 360 bowlers have enjoyed this
fun-filled day; we can accomodate 370 bowlers. Why not
be one of them? The Classic is open to any male bowler
connected to or with a member firm of CAM; he need
not be a member of the CAM Bowling Leagues.

DIRECTIONS:The Thunderbowl is located at 4200 Allen
Road, Allen Park. Westbound traffic on Ford Freeways exits
Oakwood Boulevard, and turns left; turn right on Allen Road
(about 1/2 mile). Southbound traffic on the Southfield
Expressway turns left at Allen Road (about one mile),
and then left onto Thunderbowl parking lot.
Donated prizes contribute LARGELY to the success of The Doubles Classic. To donate to this year’s
event, simply fill out this form, include a check made payable to CAM before February 12, 2016,
and your company will be listed in the program.

Each bowler may enter the tournament only once. Highest USBC Average is used a listed in the 2014-2015 Yearbook,
published by the local bowling association. If not listed in the Yearbook, the Highest USBC Average as of 12/31/15
(21 games or more) is to be used. However, if the tournament uses the previous season’s average and at time of
bowling the entrant has a current season’s (2015-2016) average (21 games or more) which is at least 10 pins higher
than the previous season’s average, the bowler must use his current average for entry in the tournament
(Rule 319A-1,2,3, 319D & Rule 319E Subject to Average Adjustment).
It shall be each bowler’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of his average AND COMPLETION OF
TOURNAMENT APPLICATION. Failure to use the proper average shall disqualify his score if the submitted
average is lower than the actual average. Prize winnings shall be based on the submitted average if it is higher than the
actual average (Rule 319A-1,2,3, & 319D).
A bowler with prior league or tournament experience but who does not have an acceptable average under the
tournament rules shall be accepted at his most recent USBC Sanctioned League Average.
A bowler with no previous league or tournament experience shall be assigned an average of not less than 155. The tournament manager, prior to the entrant’s bowling, shall assign an average in accordance with USBC Rules 319E and
319A-1,2,3, & 319D.
All participant USBC Members automatically receive high score recognition. Eligible non-members may qualify for USBC
participant award recognition at their option by paying a $20 fee (USBC) for which the USBC will issue an
affiliated membership card.
PLEASE, FILL IN ENTRY BLANK COMPLETELY - THE INFORMATION REQUESTED IS VERY IMPORTANT IN
VERIFYING AVERAGES. BE SURE YOU LIST ALL THE LEAGUES YOU BOWLED IN DURING THE
2014-2015 SEASON.
