Penloc - is a 2-component toughened acrylic adhesive designed to bond most metals,
plastics, glass, composites, GRP, DiBond, Fomex, Ceramics, stone and wood in any combination.
Penloc can improve on mechanical fixing methods such as welding or riveting by eliminating
distortion and surface blemishes and avoiding subsequent refinishing costs. Bonded parts should
first be abraded with medium grit emery paper and cleaned with Isopropyl Alcohol. DO NOT use
methylated spirit or white spirit as this will lead to bond degradation and subsequent failure.
Typical bond strength:
Aluminium - Aluminium 224kg/cm2

Cutter Bars
Keencut’s extensive range of cutter bars offer a standard of straight, square & clean cutting that is
impossible to achieve with a craft knife & straight edge.
All cutter bars share the same cutting head that features a blade depth adjustment as standard &
safely retracts the blade when not in use. Standard utility blades will cut to a depth of 10mm (0.4”)
& special long reach blades will cut 13mm (0.5”). Two full length silicon rubber grip strips on the
underside ensures all work is held perfectly in place while cutting & provides protection for the most
sensitive of surfaces. Wall storage brackets provided.
Using the optional surface mounted Lift & Hold mechanism you can easily align & trim the largest work
single handed, combine it with the BIG bench & you have created the ultimate precision cutting table.
Simplex
The innovative design of the Keencut Simplex offers exact accuracy for general purpose cutting of
wide format materials up to 3.1 metres in width. The Simplex carries a straightness guarantee of
1.00mm or 1:3000 over the entire length and is an economical alternative to the Javelin when less
extreme accuracy is required.

Risk
• The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery
• Whilst every effort will be made to supply goods of the correct type & quality and on time the company cannot be held responsible
for consequential loss or damage, however caused
• It is the buyers responsibilty to establish the suitability of goods & materials for the purpose for which they were purchased
• Items made to order/cut to size are non-returnable.
Returns
• Defective goods should be returned to the company at the customers expense. Such returns can only be made with the companies
authorisation. The customer must notify the company within 24 hours of receipt of goods if their intention is to return them and
obtain a goods return number
• Non faulty goods returned will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, carriage costs will be at the customers expense.
• All returns must be in their original packaging
• If the company is satisfied that the goods have been returned due to being defective, return carriage charges will be reimbursed
& replacements sent
Title
• The goods shall remain the property of the company until full payment has been received.
Signgeer will only accept business on these conditions & the placing of an order signifies full acceptance of these conditions by
the buyer.
