Terms and conditions:
• Each participant must individually purchase a NUTRILITE Shape Up Pack (249655).
• Participants must form a team of 3 and participate in a team format.
• This programme is strictly for AMWAY Distributors in Malaysia and Brunei with
valid ADA numbers.
• Participants must be within the age of 18-60 years old.
• Participants must have determination to lose weight.
• Participants must not be suffering from heart disease and must not have any
history of heart disease, heart attack or stroke.
• Pregnant/nursing women are not eligible to enter.
• Participants must be committed to and stay on to the programme for 10 weeks
consecutively. Should there be any team members who withdraw during the
10-week duration, the entire team will be disqualified from the programme.
• Participants are required to register online at www.amway2u.com/shapeup.
Each team must attach a group photo at the point of registration.
• Each team member can select his/her measurement time slot based on a list of
options provided below and at www.amway2u.com/shapeup. Each team member
can also decide on the RDC/Shop location for the measurement to be carried out.
• Measurements must take place at RDCs/Shops. Measurement dates are fixed
and cannot be changed. All participants are required to wear sports attire during
measurement.
• Each participant is given 70 days (10 weeks) to undergo this programme.
Participants are not allowed to extend the duration of the programme beyond
70 days.
• The day of the first measurement will be the start date for the team/individual
member to undergo this programme. It will also fix the date of the final
measurements. However, participants have the option to take their final
measurements 1-2 days before the end date.
• All the above terms and conditions must be met by all 3 members of a team in
order for the team to participate.
How to win as a team?
The top 3 teams (by ranking) with
the highest % of weight
loss will be the winners. Teams
will be measured by their
team’s total % of weight loss.
In the event of a tie, the team
with the highest total weight loss
(in kilograms) will win.
How to win as an individual?

• The NUTRILITE Shape Up Weight Management Programme is intended to help

The programme is not intended for use by minors, pregnant women, or individuals

for a complete medical evaluation to ensure that it is safe for you to exercise,
alter your diet plan and undergo a weight management programme. If you have
pre-existing medical condition(s) or are taking prescribed medication, you are
also responsible for consulting with your physician before undergoing any weight
management programme.
• Prizes and reward are to be claimed after the completion of the 10-week
programme. There is no PV/BV for the product voucher and NUTRILITE All Plant
Protein awarded to winners.
• All winners will be notified by post and phone call.
• AMWAY’s decision on the winners is final. No correspondent will be entertained.
• Should any winner not be able to be physically present to claim his prize, he
can assign another person to claim the prize on his behalf with an authorisation
letter. Any prizes remain unclaimed by 31 July 2013 will be forfeited. Winners or
their respective representatives must produce their ADA card or identity cards for
verification when claiming the prizes.
• By participating in this 10-week Weight Management Programme, you agree
to comply with these terms and conditions, which may be amended by AMWAY
at any time, without prior notice. AMWAY also reserves the right to terminate or
suspend the programme, or extend the programme period at any time without
prior notice. AMWAY shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expenses incurred
as a result.
• All questions or disputes regarding the programme and these terms and
conditions will be determined by AMWAY at its sole discretion. AMWAY’s decision
shall be final and binding.
