Customary rules of conduct and sportsmanship will be enforced.
The match will be limited to 50 guns on Saturday
(including staff,) and 90 guns on Sunday

One trophy for every two shooters

SCORING
IDPA targets using Vickers scoring, i.e., raw time plus penalties for points down,
Target Not Hit, Target Not Engaged, Non-Threat Hits, and Procedurals. Shoot
through hits will count for both threat and non-threat targets. For all but the Real
Rifle Division, two hits on paper are required while Real Rifle only requires one hit on
paper. Points down will be used to score all divisions.
Texas Carbine has always been of the opinion that you should never quit. Something that
has occasionally caused us concern is a stage where a shooter could shoot the minimum
number of rounds in a very quick time, not hit a target, take the penalties, and win the
stage.
To that end we will use what we call, "TC Scoring." Targets not hit or not engaged beyond
40 yards receive a higher penalty, 20 seconds for paper or steel not engaged and 10 seconds
for paper or steel not hit. Also, if a shooter has a gun malfunction, the clock will still be
running up to the max time and it behooves the shooter to do his/her best to solve the
malfunction and try to finish the stage before reaching the max time.

Waiver, Release and Covenant Not to Sue
In consideration of The Starry Range and Texas Carbine, its
officers, directors, representatives, members and assigns, hereafter
referred to as Texas Carbine, permitting me to engage in firearms
shooting activities of Texas Carbine wherever the same are held, I, on
my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, representatives,
administrators and assigns, hereby waive and release any and all
claims, demands, causes of action, suits and rights I, or anyone on my
behalf, might have against The Starry Range or Texas Carbine, its
officers and or directors for personal injury (including death), loss
or damage to my property which I (or anyone claiming by or through
me) may have against The Starry Range or Texas Carbine, as a result
of my taking part in the firearms shooting activities sponsored by,
sanctioned by or approved by Texas Carbine. Further, I agree that I
will not, nor will anyone acting on my behalf claiming by or through
me, bring or maintain any suit in Court to assert any claim against
Texas Carbine or The Starry Range, for any claim that I might have
arising out of my participation in any activities sponsored by,
sanctioned by or approved by Texas Carbine.

Release and Covenant Not to Sue and I have executed this
instrument voluntarily on this date. I recognize that Texas Carbine
is not obligated to permit me to participate in any of the Texas
Carbine activities and may terminate my participation in such
activities at any time and for any reason. The effect of this
instrument shall not preclude the prosecution of any claim that I
might have against persons or corporations other than Texas
Carbine. In other words, I am releasing, waiving my rights and
agreeing not to sue Texas Carbine. This instrument shall remain in
full force and effect indefinitely.
