In a cycling world invaded by a multitude of products and proposals similar to one other; where
the importance of image overcomes the actual functionality and quality of the product, we want
to be appreciated for our products that come from a solid experience in frames building.
The manufacturing of bicycle frames needs the knowledge that can only be gained from experience.
During our 35 year history, we have constantly created new solutions and technical upgrades
that have led to improved performance; where cosmetic appearance is just a beautiful extra on
a high-performing bike.
Our mission is to continue developing bikes in the Italian tradition: our roots are in the art and
beauty of fine craftsmanship. Ours is a long tradition that combines creativity, simplicity, beauty
and modern shapes in perfect balance. The products developed in history and tradition can be
reproduced by modern means, but no one can copy their essence.

Der Schlüssel zu allem heißt Leidenschaft. Wir lieben Radfahren weil es ein Ausdruck von Freiheit
ist. Wir können es kaum erwarten früh morgens mit frischer Luft in den Lungen zu einem langen

from thousands of users whom have been riding on BASSO’s signature frame geometry for over 30 years. The
geometry has been fine-tuned to achieve the most optimal racing position.
FRAME: B-RACE MONOCOQUE CARBON CONSTRUCTION. BASSO MONOCOQUE construction allows for the “frame
shape” to support the structural load, while being able to engineer stiffness, and achieve an extremely
lightweight frame. The resulting racing bike is comfortable and responsive. Internal cable routing protects
cable functioning for a longer time, and gives the bike a clean and beautiful appearance.
FORK: FULL CARBON. BASSO FULL CARBON FORKS are 100% carbon fiber, making for a light, stiff and confident
ride. With the use of a 1.5” to 1-1/8” tapered MICROTECH QUANTUM CARBON integrated headset, a stiffer lower
1.5” interface and a lighter upper 1-1/8” interface is achieved.
BOTTOM BRACKET: BASSO BB86 allows the bottom bracket to have significantly reduced flex,
as well as reduction in weight. The use of external pressfit bearings increase lateral stiffness. This gives an
incredible amount of power transfer that is not lost through frame flexing. The finished bike is stiff,
light and responsive.
MATERIALS: 100% AEROSPACE CARBON FIBER. BASSO CARBON FIBER is the most advanced material that is
also used in the aerospace industry.
