LATARBELAKANG
5

berdasar KDNK
• 2009 (COP15) : Pengurangan intensiti pelepasan karbon dioksida per
KDNK sebanyak 40 % menjelang 2020 berbanding tahun 2005
6
• 2015 (COP 21) : Pengurangan intensiti pelepasan karbon dioksida per
KDNK sebanyak 45 % menjelang 2030 berbanding tahun 2005, as
compared to 2005 level
45% CO2
2030

 Laporan „Global Report on Human Settlements 2011‟ oleh UN-Habitat,

pencemaran air” (Sumber: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/sustainablecity).

PERKARA UNTUK MAKLUMAN
9

LCCF
TARGET: Pengurangan
intensiti pelepasan
karbon dioksida per
KDNK sebanyak 45 %
menjelang 2030
berbanding tahun 2005,
 Mewujudkan kesedaran, galakkan dan mempromosi
konsep perbandaran rendah karbon di Malaysia.
 Memberi panduan kepada pihak berkuasa tempatan
merangka strategi dan membuat keputusan ke arah
penyelesaian secara ‘hijau’ bagi bandar
 Membantu mengukur tahap pengeluaran karbon semasa
dan mengenalpasti garis dasar mereka.

LCCF OVERVIEW

Part 1: Framework
11
Serves as a guide to uses on pertinent areas
(elements) that contributes to the reduction of
GHG emission. It comprises 4 key elements, 14
criterias and 35 sub-criterias. This information
would help the user identify areas in which they
could target an overall carbon reduction.
Part 2: Assessment System
An in built carbon calculator will help a user determine their
current baseline. The user will then apply the various
strategies recommended in the framework to achieve a
reduction level.
